I think it's a great figure for a Mandalorian display. The 4pack is pretty cool and you don't have that stupid hasbro stamp at the back of the Figure. Since I'm an OT guy I stick to my Classic Stormtrooper though 😉👌

Love your boba fett collection! I have most of the bobas in both TVC and Black Series. Just missing the return of the Jedi Boba in TVC. My favs are both comic bobas and the Kenner colors!

I can’t be the only one who thinks this wave of Retro figures don’t actually look retro like the old Kenner figs. Something about the faces and materials don’t have the same appearance. Was really noticeable against the other Obi Wan figures you compared it too. Looks like a complete different line.

I think all the characters in this BOBF line are really solid. Cad Bane, and Krrstantan look like retro Kenner figures. I haven't collected Star Wars in a long while, but I recently picked up retro Mandalorian season 1 and 2 waves off of ebay for cheap, and plan on picking up these BOBF and Ahsoka figures too. I see these disney plus series that are loosely tied together as the real episode 7. Since the series is set 5 years after Return, they are a good extension of the OT. Which also makes these figures a good extension of the kenner line from the original trilogy days.

I recently got this bad boy at Target on clearance for $7. They had tons of 'em!

Cool seeing it set up with vintage Kenner Star Wars action figures! Multiple hallway playsets combined does make it look much more neat, but I know some people are limited in space to display it.

I’m not sure why I really like this set because neither of the movies were that good in my opinion, but I really dig this set of figures!

Did you know that for many years, everyone thought that Zuckuss was 4-LOM and vice versa? The reason for this was the original cards that contained the figures accidentally swapped the names. Without the internet, people just assumed that those were the right names. However, George Lucas himself pointed out the mistake and corrected it in later issuing of the figures. So the original run with the wrong names, in cards, , could be worth a bit.

According to the rumors there are 13 retro figures due out in late 2024. So, if that's two waves of figures, i'm guessing one wave will be 7 figures and another will be 6. A Mando Season 3 wave would be great and I like your choices. They would probably put in another Din Djarin figure in one of the slots though, and I dought we would see Shand even though he would make a good figure in this retro format.

I have absolutely fallen in love with the retro collection. I saw the movie in the theater in ‘77 when I was seven years old, and Ive had my fair share of OT figures over the years BUT, while purists are chasing five figure, carded examples, I’m grabbing their retro equivalent for 12 bucks. Come on Hasbro! Let’s keep the momentum going!!

What’s next for the line? I picked up 2 sets of TPM mainly because I have to have them all but primarily for Darth Maul and Queen Amidala. I heard possibly a line from the clone wars…

Jar Jar is such annoying character, but easily the best figure of the wave and arguably one of the best Retro figures so far. Unfortunately Mr Stevie has confirmed in one of his videos that the next set is a combined Episode 2 & 3 wave. Such a weird idea.
