“Be careful not to practice your righteousness in front of others to be seen by them. If you do, you will have no reward from your Father in heaven.” - Matthew 6:1

I have one except the C is the Death Star 2. The O is the One Ring. The E is an Alien Chestburster. The X is the X-Files logo. The I is the TARDIS. The S is Harry Potter's scar. The T is a Star Trek: TOS phaser. I've had some pretty interesting reactions. People ask me why that one? My response, it's the only acceptable version if COEXIST.
By now, I've seen my ex-colleague's true colors, and I therefore quit working with her. For context, we took a young worker to her office for a few mistakes he's made. But looking back, I don't think they were _that_ big a deal. Sadly, I made them out to be, and I didn't understand my fault until he almost DlED in an accident. It made me realize I didn't handle the work situation so well. But my ex-colleague told me that while she is very happy our worker survived and regrets his severe injury, it doesn't change how she feels about his mistakes. That no matter what happens to the guy, what he did would always be wrong and what we did would always be right. Now yeah, technically, she didn't lecture him at all, not even when I asked her if there anything she wanted to add, but still...she didn't have to have us take him to her office. She could've told me we (or I) shouldn't make it so formal and reprimanding. That he deserved some sensitivity and respect and probably didn't mean to mess up. Sometimes it doesn't matter who does what or even comes up with the idea; going along with it can be just as bad. I told my ex-colleague this, and she insisted that she didn't do anything wrong and neither did I. She still believed he deserved the lecture the way he got it--even while not deserving his near-death--and that it couldn't possibly be changed by what almost happened to him. But if she was *_truly_* distraught and concerned about it, she would realize her wrongdoing. When a flawed person goes or almost goes, you're *_supposed_* to realize how far you've gone yourself. That you could've been more patient with the person. If my ex-colleague can't see where _she_ went wrong too, that just proves she isn't full of enough cares and sorrow for the poor guy. I mean, l do believe she cares for him, especially after what he went through, but I guess not _as much_ as she could. After discovering her true colors, I quit the job. I can't work with a woman who doesn't own her mistake and thinks our injured worker was all in the wrong. Besides, I can't work someplace that reminds me of the lecture. I have to apologize to him.
this is legit lit! its insane, right?

A great practice for ethnic minorities to prosper in sync. This explanation can be a groundbreaking moment for low developing countries in Africa to prosper as there are numbers of a tribe. In the context of the animal world, 'may the best tribe prosper'. At Stance, THE race is undeniaby blatant I wholeheartedly agree with the attitude you share towards tribalism. -Gen Z
