hello po! sana mapansin po. Question lang po regarding Art 1242, dun po sa example nyo na may nakapulot ng promissory note and that person is demanding payment to the debtor. If the debtor pay dun sa nakapulot ng promissory note in good faith, does it extinguish its obligation to the creditor and is the payment valid po? Hope you can answer po thank you!
