I’m getting ice extensions next month and I’m excited for it. I’m afraid I’ll fall in love and then the stylist will move as it’s the only person that does it in my area! I don’t know if you already take anything for your hair health but as someone who had a LOOOONG recovery from hair loss JS Health hair vitamins made the hugest difference. Though naturally I have loads of hair so I don’t know what it would be like for someone who doesn’t have that. Can’t wait to see what it looks like with more in- I say give it a go if you can cope 🤍

Mix it get both types in.

Fine hair girly here here, tried a lot of different hair extensions methods over the years and tbh the one time I paid a lot for some, stuck it out to avoid paying more, I ended up hating them so much in the end I got them out early. So just add a bit more, give it a chance and see how you go! Otherwise it’s constantly on your mind and it’s all you see. I’m now extension free and just spent more time learning about how to take care of my hair better / wear clip ins if I want a night out vibe because my hair just wasn’t getting healthy with them in. A bob would also look amazing on you if you want to try to give your hair a healthy journey back to life and also research chemicals in the shampoo to avoid more damage :) all in all, you look amazing, it just takes some getting used to if they’re different 😘

I LOVED the Dior skin glow foundation until it gave me the worst reaction! Like horrendous cystic acne can still use the concealer but tried the foundation again after and did the same thing 😩 just an FYI because I’ve spoken to a few people this has happened to!
