What can cause color LaserJet mfp m283 printer not to pick more than one paper and it must jam, but when I send only one sheet of paper it will printer well , but more than one it must jam. What will I do to solve this problem?

There is a situation for the front top jam where the paper stays in that track and jams up there even with new rollers, this requires the removal of the hardware to clear the bits of paper that got crinkled up there.
