I've been doing it for 4 years now. The only reason why I stayed is because base pay went from 17$ an hour to 28$. With incentive it's about 35$. The higher pay has controlled the staffing resulting in solid 9 hour days no matter the time of year. Still is tiring but pays the bills, not for everyone though.
