HOT Striped Bass Fishing New Jersey 12/29/2017
12/29/2017 we found the hottest striped bass bite in the coldest weather I've been on this year. We caught and released 40+ bass all on topwater and jigging. It was a great way to end the season.

What happened to the bunny? And why were you trying to catch him when he was running for his life?💔
Hello - I am a Producer with The Weather Channel and while looking for footage of Hurricane Sandy I came across this video. I was hoping to speak with you about including it in one of our programs! My email is aubry.losito.contractor@weathergroup.com best, Aubry
At 42 seconds the grey building u see there is the summer time life guard hub. Whats so sad is that the city had the budget to repair the beach sand to bring the beach back out to its original length witch was around 150-200 feet and fortify the dunes well before the storm came and the mayor blinked and flinched and then got his ass chewed out at city hall because of that. So sad!!! I took a look at the beach front properties and I saw the water mark at 6-7 feet on the homes that survived only because they were 2-3 stories tall.
wow!! that's some great video you shot. would you be ok if we used a couple shots in a video produced for the Garden State Film Festival to honor all our neighbors and heroes who are helping in the recovery? we are a nonprofit, tried to message you directly to ask. let me know
I had to work in that shit
wow. that is how people die from a storm surge !
there were 2 sheds... both originally in front of the lifeguard station at first street. the one you saw on your street drifted down to north street before settling on stenton (intact) and the other one ended up at 3rd street and was totally destroyed
ok nevermind thats not the same shed... lol but you did show another fully entacted shed that ended up on my block
holy shit thats the shed that ended up on my block!!!!!! (Stenton) we were wondering where the hell it came from someone told us 1st street, wow...
Is it possible that you can check certain houses to see if there ok in ocean city? My beach house is close to where this video was taken and I cant get down to OCNJ to see how it fared in the storm.
didnt lose a whole lot of boardwalk... a couple of ramps and sets of stairs here and there but for the most part it did really well. music pier survived with a few broken windows and some water damage
Thank you for posting.... Ocean City, NJ has been a very special place to me since the 1960s. Did the Music Pier survive?
the front 4 facing the beach. the 4 with balconys, facing the pool
Odd comment, but I'll paypal you $25 if you can get pictures of the first (front) 4 condos on Plymouth place. behind Ocean Cafe on Plymouth place. Between 7th and 8th street. Right next to Gillians water park.
Wow, great video, shame about the circumstances
Nice weather when i see this i have more fujn on winter sport.
He lives in my town and I got some new Nike 2.o's off him for like 20 bucks and he and my brother surfed together alot

12 - 15 ft ?? Ocean City just gets excited when their waves are actually hollow and powerful. Though might just be the most surf talent heavy town on the east coast.

The music is what makes it special.

Very good surfing. Move to Australia or Santa Cruz or Hawaii. Go back to Jersey with your trophys and sponsorship deals to inpire the local groms. Good luck brah!

I go there every summer, and unless theres a hurricane, those wave don't get that big. I'm not good enouph to surf waves like that but I sure would love to see them.
