Thanks for watching
3:37 less than a minute out of the box and your drooling over it 😅🤤
Good job it wasn't a flying scotsman model.... it been more 😄 🤣
Regardless of being able to run mate, this does look really awesome 🎉 congrats on the purchase! 😊
@Proper_Chuffed Cheers Hylton, is that the right way yo spell your name? It looks good on the shelf on front of my PS3 haha. Sure I'll get some track soon to run him. Also cheers for subscribing. I know my videos are nowhere near yet as all I have is my phone to upload record, upload and an usb microphone. Maybe I should get a new pc or laptop then buying locomotives..... 🤔 Wait till I do all my Flying Scotsman models. Its gonna be huge.
Saw right through Duck's lie. 😂
Well this hornby one has a slight waddle. Once the Bachmann one comes out here in UK, probably get that too.
This remembers my childhood. Edward was my favorite engine.
I used to like Duck, who's on the list to get. Either Hornby or Bachmann version
Bachman edward
There is a bachmann Edward and Gordon in the shed too
I have a Skarloey of my own but on the box it says “Skarloey” unlike yours which says “Locomotive” weird that they switched the names, tho my version is the 2021 release, which release do you have again?
2023 release according to bottom of the box
So further research has shown that R345 is Pretty Polly, but the LNER Green one. Not the Express Blue one. The Express Blue is R129.
If I sound a bit off, currently got a bit of a sore throat. Usual winter cold. But show must go on.
If you got some super 4 track you could run that Princess
Not yet I haven't. Looking for a decent set to come up either at ebay or in Great Eastern Models. Might just grind the flanges down, or get someone more competent then me to do so.
Was the sound included when you bought it?
No, I borrowed it out the B12 I have.
@@PNMotorsportTrainsI see. I have a b12 in br black but no sound. Thank you
@rhysgardner5744 I've got the wartime black LNER one from 1977. It's in the previous short to this one.
Wow I want this hornby flying scotsman steam train set
It's not from the set, it's separate model. Hornby have done many many Flying Scotsmans since late 60s with Tri-ang. The set had the one with realistic chuffing sounds, this one doesn't.
hmmmmm steam😋
Hmmmmmmm 😂
I have a hornby Thomas too
Wow i love thomas
Who doesn't haha. 😂
greetings over there
Hello there 😄
@@PNMotorsportTrains training always🤗🚂🚂🚂😊👍👍👍
@@Tauraco00 that and doing lining on my older locomotives or my daily running railroad Scotsman.
@@PNMotorsportTrains awesome stuff 👍👍👍😊🙏🤗🚂
@@Tauraco00 it's fiddlely. As I have shakey hands 😆
Quick update. In my latest video it is seen that the Reddy brown went wrong so back to basics and start again. Or might just leave it black and do red lining.
Fantastic finds at your local Antiques store'. If I may make a suggestion, can you sort out your audio - it keeps fading in & out - otherwise, a very pleasing result for you, Sir - I like the like of both locomotives, especially because I have a considerable amount of Triang Hornby engines & rolling stock.
Probably the mic needs charging again as I always forget haha. One day I might actually have a pc to record through (and edit), but not yet. As I use my phone and a mic that plugs in to the USB.
Understood 🙂
@andrewtongue7084 could always do a video on what I use haha. Everyone starts somewhere
An excellent idea !

Toby my friend! 😄😄
He needs more pick ups bachmann 😆 🤣 need to get henrietta and may add pick ups and permanently couple her to Tody
Nice, I really enjoy mine, check it out @Tauraco00Railways Lemberg
I'll check it out
@@PNMotorsportTrains thanks so much, I subbed to you 🚂🤗🙏✅Regards Elizabeth
@Tauraco00 as I did for you. Watching your vid with Flying Scotsman currently (the locomotive I have an unhealthy obsession with haha)
@@PNMotorsportTrains got you so much🚂🚂🚂🙏🙏🤗
Nice loco there mate. I've just s u b e d to your channel. Great video 🙋♂️👍🤝🚂
Thank you. 😊 gonna go back to second hand models though. These brand new ones get so expensive 😄
@@PNMotorsportTrains I hardly ever purchase at full rrp prices. Most retailers start off with 10-15% discount. But again I mainly wait for the sales. Even at sale prices models are still expensive. Best of luck with pre owned items. You can get good deals, but it is a risk. Happy modelling mate, all the best, Kevin
@bluebellcentralmodelrailwa4064 oh I've never brought direct from Hornby. Mines from retailers too. Got 2 local stores near me kinda, one in Norwich, Great Eastern Models who I used to go into when I was much much younger and Parrs in Lowestoft.
@bluebellcentralmodelrailwa4064 its about a 60 40 split towards pre owned in my collection.
Yay, I'm the thumbnail 😆
Yep hahaha
Is that a new engine?😮
Had it a while. Its hornbys E2 from the 2022 catalogue and the tooling is very familiar
@@PNMotorsportTrains it looks like like hornby Thomas! How much was it?
@@ItzAtrain2905 it is the hornby thomas pretty much. Was about £65 before latest price increases
@@PNMotorsportTrains I'll have to buy one for the layout! I've been looking for hornby Thomas but learned that the hornby Thomas line was discontinued.
@ItzAtrain2905 I've got the hornby Annie and clarabel again lol 😆
Hi. I have the same loco in B.R blue but my one is named Robert the Devil. I have 5 A1/3's. The aforemention loco plus two Flying Scotsmans in L.N.E.R. Apple green , one with a single tender and one with a double tender, one in N.E. wartime black and one in B.R. green. I like you like the A1/3's. Nice loco.
I've got Pretty Polly as above, twin tender scotsman, the Dublo scotsman for 100th birthday, Scotsman with smoke, triang scotsman, 2 hornby railroad scotsman, Hermit, St Simon, Conarach, Lemberg, and a couple of tender drive scotsman which are no longer scotsman. Also Blink Bonny in TT120. My favourite class is Gresley A1/A3. I aim to get every livery and version of Scotsman I can afford haha
I'll look for a fat controller. For you
Needs to be 1 76th scale lol
I'll have to dig out my gt40 to join you.
Yeah!!!!!
1:04 I'm sure the passengers are fine after that 😂
Yep they are fine lol 😆 😂
Dam it, man. You're going to start to get me into trains. I've got enough with cars and planes.
Given up with cars theres only few left i wouldnt mind. Come to the loco side lol
0:02 it's a me 😆
You know it mate lol
30 years and still looks brand new perfection. 👌
Well she's bit dusty. The set she was in is long gone
That's the exact one i got too! 😂
Comment so good it's done twice.
When I tried to post the comment it didn't go through so I retired and it worked but I guess it was just taking some time apologies. 😅😂
@ItzAtrain2905 its all good hahaha. another set of points should arrive soon. And some materials to extend the board a bit lol. Not sure with the ballast mat they do so might do that old school with pva and loose ballast. Then soften the edges with static grass
That's the exact one i got too! 😂
Even though he's $165 I still want to get at least 2 Gordons one for a custom and the other will be just as is. Excellent review.
Would love to have the skills to do a custom. My local model shop does stock the Bachmann Thomas range so might get another. But I really want the hornby one as that's the one I grew up with. Well mu cousin had anyway. Thank you too. Not bad for a small board and a phone camera haha 😆
@@PNMotorsportTrains I just got my first Bachmann Thomas not too long ago. I used to only have the die cast metal trains the original ones when I was a kid! And Not bad at all! I thought that was a layout table and I didn't even know that was a phone camera!
@ItzAtrain2905 it was a long time ago when I was kid, in a fun time called the 80s. Hence the tender driven scotsman and blasted traction tyres. (Which I've removed from my Pannier tank). I've just got back into the hobby.
@@ItzAtrain2905 got both 00 gauge and hornby TT but might put the TT away for now
@@PNMotorsportTrains I absolutely love the 80s & 90s. When I was younger my mother would only buy me stuff from when she was growing up so instead of watching the TVS. I read the original RWS books! I absolutely loved those books to the point where I spent a lot of time trying to mimic the book art style in my art. Such as my profile picture I drew it and even gave Thomas a flat running board how Wilbert wanted it to be. I love everything that most would consider "old-fashioned " I wish I was born in the 80s.
Nice man I like them
Cheers 🍻.
Definitely an interesting design. Might have to buy one myself.
They have increased in price slightly. It's worth it for the chassis and motor though. Especially to fix older 0 4 0 diesel shunters or if you 3D print loco bodies
I know it's temporarily on carpet. But need somewhere to run the trains in 😢
UPDATE: I found the original bolt. Now back on E112 Sir Simon.
Get in on the ground floor, TRAIN RACES on 027 fifty-foot run, four tracks, Flyer, Lionel, Marx, Hornby, Diehard, Caravan, and Earhart. Financed by Worldwide Clinton Chairity's.
So, it’s just the base vanilla Destiny disc? I have the updated Rise of Iron digital version
The alpha was a download. All it had was tower and cosmodrome really. Though the moon patrol did become available just before it ended.... or was that in the beta, was a while ago
same thing with the Destiny 2 Beta since I still had it installed on my Xbox. Destiny servers all run on the same version of the game so if the version doesn't match current version (alphas and betas) then it can't communicate with the servers
I wonder if it's possible to launch an offline instance of D2, or whether a server connection is pretty much required.
From my understanding it is pretty much a must. They don't store any character data or anything locally. Everything even a weapon change is done via the API.
@@ShafiMehedic It's a shame, I think they should release a standalone campaign mode (Regrouping all campaign missions from D1 and D2, as well as some important story missions) with a fixed selection of weapons and a locked loadout, a little bit like in CoD. It should be completely offline, and would not connect with your account in any way. You'd launch it from the title screen, before log-in happens.
@@matt6231 that would be neat
idk what i expected
Did this a while ago with the beta, felt like I was 14 again, if only for a couple seconds
I have a vid on my ps4 of the beta ready to go
Worth it for the intro music feels alone...
