The Dutch Chicane of DEATH! - Formula RSS 1970
Little change of pace, video of a practice session I had before a league race at Zandvoort 1973. The track turned out to be way harder than I imagined especially considering I'm used to the 1967 version so the chicane caught me off guard nearly every lap. Thought it might make for an entertaining video especially with me pushing so hard to catch @Squeallyweegons time.
Also hope you don't mind the obvious inspiration from the GOAT @Super_GT

With the Austrian GP a couple of weeks out I thought I would have a look at what it used to look like. So here we are the first running of the Osterreichring. With Jacky Ickx winning the real 1970 race and the HSS 70's Ferrari 312B not too far off release I figured I'd use it and see if I could go for the win. Spa in the 60's was no joke, of all the tracks they used to race this was considered to be the most dangerous to quite a lot of drivers. 300 kilometres per hour with houses and sheer drops lining the side of the track is something that is never going to end well. The best French circuit to ever exist, Circuit de Charade. With only 4 grand prix ever held here it could've been so much more had they introduced it earlier but oh well. Absolutely love driving this track, so much like the Nordeschleife but a little more forgiving. Fantastic lap! Your consistency is gonna be the winning factor here man. For every 21/22, I flat out crashed about 5 times 😂 And like the Spa race, come race day, I'll still be pushing way too much on cold tyres and losing focus... Tonight's Mont Tremblant is going to be nuts! We're so close on the times and it's such a risky track to push on 😅 Looking forward to it! Another great video Bruz!

Is it possible to watch the actual races as a spectator? I have AC but have never done a live race. Not really wanting to at the moment. But I'd love to watch. Are there any provisions for that? In AC I would not call it "A.I"... it's more like 3d models following a predetermined path that will break the immersion when the player tries the slightest interaction other than passing quick before the "A.I" ruins your race completely.
