They've never put any budget into helping the country or the people. Since they've been in power. They have managed ro rig the voting system twice now. So dr keith rowley is by far rge richest person in Trinidad.

You are a black country with black leaders, the fact that they’re fronting people from other race(s) as the economic/financial giants shows that the government is trying to hide the corruption that they may be involved in. Go deeper into your leaders/government and you may discover that they are benefitting from the corruption that may be present.

The money stays "white" simply, business as usual and it's called "Neocolonialism!" Still, they can't take it to the grave with them, can they?? 😲🤔🤕....Noooooo!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂🇯🇲

Brains, investment capital, business acumen and a knack for wealth management is what it took. Can someone explain how skin tone alone is a factor preventing black Jamaicans from rising to the top in their own country? Is it really due to racism, or is it due to a defeatist attitude? Has Jamaica produced a generation of entitlement? These business families did not settle in Jamaica to take away jobs from others more deserving; they created thousands of jobs. Take the Issa family. Abe Issa literally grew up from nothing a ruined family business after the death and destruction of the great 1907 earthquake, and by the 1950's he established himself as the father of Jamaican tourism, starting with Tower Isle hotel. He grew the family wealth with shrewd investments and passed that wealth on to his son. It is not his son's fault that he is not black. But he was born in Kingston as was his father. None of the family fortunes came from the sugar industry or from Colonial grace and favor payouts. As for Butch Stewart he was selling fish to hotels which he caught from a small boat at the age of 12. He then started a small import business bringing in air conditioners and appliances to Jamaica and put in long hours at it. His first venture into the hotel business was through buying a run down resort no one else would buy and parlaying that operation into the international Sandals Resorts chain of today. Butch could sell ice cubes to Eskimos; a born salesman. His skin color had nothing to do with his accumulated wealth.
