PLEASE READ MY FULL COMMENT, AS I ENDED WITH SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION THAT FATHER ANGELOS WAS REQUESTING OF THE PARISHIONERS AT TODAYS VIDEO-TAPED MASS. I was first of all very pleased with the favorite pieces of music played today, the beautiful "Panis Angelicus" and the other, "You Satisfy The Hungry Heart", which went perfect with todays Gospel of John. I would like to add that yes, the acoustics are better within the church when present there physically, especially for those that could not hear what Father was saying during his sermon, however, the system is NOW quite lacking for those us listening to mass from home. One can hear the Priest perfectly, but one can barely hear the lecturers or the vocal singers without having to constantly having to raise the volume when either someone does a reading or sings. Something I had to do back and forth with the volume, thus finding myself lowering the volume when Father spoke, as he now becomes the primary voice heard while the others are very faint. That problem did not exist before for me when the old system was in use. So while you have solved the issue within the church itself, you have now ruined the sound system for those of hearing the mass from home for those of us having to do so sometimes, as well as for the elderly all the time. Just had to mention it since YOU HAVE ASKED FOR FEEDBACK before going through with the costly purchase and making it a permanent thing.
