Love the architecture and the elegance of the internal decor, but with 8 bedrooms the dining room doesn't look very big. Maybe it's the camera's perspective but it looks like seating for 7(?) if you are small and close friends. Seating for 5 in the living room and 4 on the sofa and 3 at the bar in the family room. Uhh, presumably a couple who needed seven bedrooms for children and there is a BAR in the family room? I like the gym and the theater is big enough for a family of, presumably nine. Great pool area. The kids grow up and you have seven spare bedrooms. Every freeloading relative is going to want to show up. :) It looks like a really great house though. There is obviously a lot more that was not shown.

This is a very nice winter home for a billionaire. I wonder how many full-time staff members are needed to keep this house clean and functioning and the landscaping manicured. Chef? Scullery maid? Bartender? Two housekeepers? A mechanic/chauffer to keep all the vehicles (5 garage bays at the main house) cleaned and fueled? Pool boy? Two or three gardeners? And a boat captain? I'm guessing that buying this place is the least expense of owning it. The property taxes, utility bills and the salaries of all the staff must be a real killer each year. Especially if you are living there only during the winter. But it is a very nice place.

This video is nice but no serious buyer is going to fall for this kind of glitz & glam. Details are better. Price & price per sq ft? Construction materials? Taxes?

Luxury, perhaps....but a far cry from perfection. Privacy? Ya, right! Less than 50 feet from a neighbor. At least you would be able to hear when they farted.

No screened-in patio area? The mosquitos and no-see-ums will eat you alive starting 5pm every night.

Does this house have a "kitchen"?? Some kitchen shots would have been nice. As well as some bedroom & bathroom shots too. Does it have any "walk-in" closets. A nice panoramic shot in the foyer would have helped also. The video get 1/2 stars - out of 4 stars. Very lacking on content. (Signed) Cecil B. DeMile
