They where usually around la grange points or space stations like CRU-L1 but I believe they can't be found anymore in this patch.

Video was created in 3.24.3 patch where all components were available for buying!!! How do you think I bought them? They have temporarily removed component buying in 4.0 because exploits and this will probably be fixed in 4.0.1 patch. So, one more time, when I was creating this video all components were available to buy!

I believe they will return all components back to shopes in 4.0.1. I assume you are playing 4.0?

I believe you can't anymore...it was some sort of a bug back then.

What I like to do before landing is limiting my speed to almost minimum which makes ship easy to control while landing. Just make sure that you are always in SCM mode when landing.

@@LORDV4DERONP1LLS Ive been doing that too. the problem is the ridiculously short time ATC gives you to get into that assigned hanger before the doors snap shut in your face :( and its even worse when it always assigns you the bay on the opposite side of the station from you :(

Make sure that you have unlocked your ports if you are trying to mount your weapons with a tractor beam. I think it is right ALT+K for unlocking your ports.

@@LORDV4DERONP1LLS i put them into station inventory using cargo elevator and tried to put them on the normal way. but they never changed or no weapons end up on ship at all

Strange...try to relog and log on again after you put yoir weapons in your inventory. Sometimes you need to relog for scavenged weapons to actually register in your inventory.

@@LORDV4DERONP1LLS tried a few day in a row now. they show up in invetory fine just cannot get them to stick. i figured it might be something they changed to crack down on the insurance fraud people were doing to multiply weapons. guess mine must just be bugged

Ive always wondered just what do coolers do for you anyways? I know you need them for the QT drive recharge but other then that why do you need them?

@@HighmageDerin I believe only CIG knows answer to that question :). They should be use for cooling the components in our ships or something like that. I believe they will be more important later in development.

@@LORDV4DERONP1LLS any fix when comm arrays are disconnected (even 2 times in a row) and still active (green eye icon & crimestat gains on kills) ? Happened to us like 9 times on 10 or so last days.

​@@Neuropiraterieusually I have reconnect uplink option available on the hacking monitor in case that comm is already down but bugged. Try to reconnect and then hack again. I believe this is happening because 4.0 is in a really bad state and servers are degrading fast. I believe this will be fixed once CIG takes back from holidays and start to fix things

Yeah, but I think that damage stays the same since you still have same amount of shots per gun(75), I often use staggered fire when I want enemy ship disabled and not destroyed because I have better firing control. Tnx for the info and your thoughts tho...may the force be with you my friend!

Let's not forget that this is probably temporary thing in 4.0 to prevent component duplication. They will change that probably when 4.0 hits live(not preview) servers. So this will be viable again. Also, 3.24.3 is also still live.

Thank you very much for your sub, thoughts and comment. Yeah, I believe you could have a few seconds more in staggered fire mod but you still have 75 shots per weapon. I usually use staggered fire when enemy ship is very red and I want to make sure not to destroy the ship.

Can you pls explain what does staggered mean?

@ it’s a button that lets you switch between firing your weapons (must be 2 or more) so the lasers leave the barrel at the same time, on either side of your ship when you press the button OR staggered which means one side fires first and then the other. They take turns to fire which means you can fire for a longer duration at the sacrifice of slightly reduced DPS

Not a bad option too, I find easier to soft death(disable) ships with Atrittions then with laser canons...Atrittions are buffed a bit and are a good option again.

Loading elevator works fine when controlled from the pilot seat, unless you mean slow elevator opening and closing when ship is heavily damaged? I agree on ground vehicles sometimes jumps around thoo. Thanks for your thoughts.

also in 4.0 you can't buy A components so best way is to get the attricians and turn off a fan and the tractor bean

That's what I'm wondering. Like damage per minute, not just damage output for 15 seconds.

@@LORDV4DERONP1LLS what about a different powerplant with less output but a faster power transfer time? Or have all the transfer times been changed to the same rate?

@EviLNox8 I believe all transfer times are the same in current patch. If u use powerplant with less output then you loose too much on your engines and you need to think about powerplant hp as well.

Yep, you are right about that. I mainly play my Taurus solo so I remove them completely but yeah if you want to make sure to have working turret then you can use ballistic weapons but you need to know that you will need to reload after a few ERT missions.
