Hi, awesome route and video, thanks for sharing, we do a couple of away rides each year and this route looks spot on for our group, do you have a gpx file for the route or a link to it ?

Wow. I recently just come back from this area and found the caves (after being chased the previous day by a wild boar trying to find them) and from your video I only scratched the surface and the biggest bat's I've ever seen. Is there anymore information or maps for these fantastic hidden gems? Gunna go back hopefully next year better prepared and on a bicycle. Brilliant video by the way.

Hey mate, nice vid! don't suppose you mapped this route by any chance? I recognise some of this and I've been trying to suss a route around Bargoed/Deri/Fochriw since I moved back to the valleys. So far it's a bit hit & miss
