Hello everyone! I hope you found this video relaxing and that it helped you go to sleep ❤ This book reminds me of when I was little and I always feel good reading it. This week has been rough, so I thought I would share the joy that this book brings me with you guys ❤ Now go to bed ❤😂

My acne is similar to hers, and I have very sensitive skin. I’ve tried products from La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, and Benzac, but benzoyl peroxide hasn’t been effective for me in the past. However, I decided to give it another shot. Although I'm not a professional, this is what I did, and so far, it’s working for me. Before reintroducing BP, I used a calming facial wash with Cica and paired it with a moisturizer for two weeks. Once my skin started to feel like it was healing, I began using a 10% BP treatment only at night, along with a ceramide moisturizer and nothing else. In the morning, I continue with the calming cleanser with Cica, an AHA/BHA toner, a calming serum with Cica, and SPF. The results have been amazing.

Randomly found this page. But I just wanna say, yes you’re right. Your skin IS normal. Normal skin reacts to changing conditions. Normal skin gets pigmented. Normal skin has breakouts. Normal skin can get inflamed. Normal skin reacts to products differently. We should not normalize ‘glass skin’ or ‘skin devoid of pores’ just because it is a trend or because it looks good or because some people have it. Everyone’s skin is different.

this is exactly why I hate benzoyl peroxide and tretinoin. The only thing that truly got rid of my acne (fungal) was adapelene 0.1% and Mederma (acne scar cream.) Those are the products that worked for my acne, but please make sure you’re taking care of your skin well my love!!
