Your relay is supposed to go to your compressor and normal 12v power runs your horn switch the relay gets grounded from the pressure switch which is grounded to the frame
Hey, most horn silonoids cant stand over pressure. They work I believe at less than 150psi. Try less pressure. Had same issue. Next morning my tank leaked pressure to 135psi. Press the horn man shit was loud.

Relay has ground go to the relay not power
What kind of solenoid did you buy to replace it with?

Funny I've got the SAME "COALER"horn and it also came with a defective dump switch!
Same here. I don’t remember the brand but it looks similar. Ever since I got it it will not work at max psi. Only in the lower range around 60ish

I have same thing here, i can do 110psi max and everything works great, but if i over pressure solenoid stuck until i release air under 110psi.
Got same prob. Sucks!
