The beach part is gone now and there is no pool anymore. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms were small and very dirty. It’s a shame this isn’t what it looked like when I was there last November. No more grass to overlook the bay, it’s all rocks that drops right down to the water. You got to go when it was nice.

Nice ship, visually speaking. Seems like the Panorama is more action-packed. Since the ship was meant for the European market, it makes sense that it's more the "traditional style" of cruise ship.

We recently stayed at the Crown Plaza Los Angeles Harbor, another close option. Our initial room did not have working air conditioning. It took about 3 hours to get them to switch us to another room. There are lots of restaurants closeby which I don't think is true for the Doubletree. Other than the AC problem, it was fine for a night.

We are staying at the Hilton for our upcoming cruise. Was the shuttle through Hilton or Princess cruise line? We are cruising on Royal Caribbean, and I was planning to take a Lyft.

Thanks for the great video. Just returned from the Regal on January 14th. First ever cruise and there was nothing we didn’t love. We also bid on and “won” a mini suite which could be an issue because we won’t ever want anything but a mini suite for our next cruise. We chose the Premier package but would go with your choice of the Plus next time because we aren’t big drinkers and didn’t take advantage of all it offered. Hard to get back to reality after such a fabulous ship/trip.

We did Carnival the last 3 years..may try this ship 🛳️ next! Seems laid back 👍🏽

I bought this mug at Walmart for about $3, and have had it a year. I like it a lot, way better than a bowl, it's easy to carry, less messy. This is a 20 oz. mug, big enough to hold a full can of Campbells Condensed soups (with the water added), Campbells Chunky soups, Progresso Soups, and full cans of Chef Boyardee. I haven't had any issues with microwaving this mug, I put a full can of soup in for 2 1/2 minutes and the soup comes out at the perfect hot temp for soups. open the pop-up lid vent when microwaving.
