Biden also held up approval for new LNG loading facilities building permits in the US, we have the LNG, we have the markets but we don't have the port facilities to load it onto the LNG tankers. This problem is being resolved by Trump but its going to take time to build the loading facilities now that Trump has allowed the building permits to be issued.
