Still the F1 game that feels like it had the most love put into it. On atmosphere alone this is so, so unmatched.

Damn what a hit of nostalgia. I’ll never forget how excited I was for this game to come out ( I was only 6 years old at the time). That loading screen gave me chills

I remember pre-ordering this at GAME and then going to get it and literally being the first person at that store with an Xbox 360 copy. Life was good back then - no stress, no adult business and endless joy of the F1 2010 soundtrack.

Just started collecting these games 2010 through 2023 except 2014. And even though I never played them until 21, the 2010 intro is very nostalgic. For something I never played. I guess it was just very well done.

This game and f1 championship edition still take the cake for the best f1 games ever made in my opinion

I was out of pc gaming between 2013-2021. When I got a donated pc from a neighbor which was a fairly decent pc circa 2011, i loaded up steam and redownloaded my games and added ATS. I realized I had this game. I installed it and got it working with a patch I found online. I have been playing it since 2021. I don't have a controller so I play with keys on easy, but it's still fun. I had been pc gaming since 1993 and had many f1 games along the way. I see how realistic they look now and I'm floored. This one holds up well so I'm happy I have it. I can't afford a new pc or any new games so I make due with what I have. I played as Alonso on Ferrari but recently switched to Red Bull (as Vettel? I forget which driver) I may play later today now that I think about it. It has a problem saving in career mode so I just do single races at various tracks at 20-30% race distance. I am going to bump up the distance today and do longer races at fewer tracks. 😊 Prior to this game I had EA F1 2006 iirc. I played that religiously in career mode until this came along.

Hands down the F1 game with the best atmosphere. It literally feels like it has a soul. 2011-2013 games were also good but 2010 is the one that stands out the most.

2010... acababa de comprar es juego en game planet con mi primer sueldo ya tenia 18 años entonces recuerdo bien que ese dia llovia en mi ciudad ansiaba jugar un juego de la F1 sobre todo de codemasters por que siempre fui de juegos de rally o carreras arcade simplemente desde la intro me di cuenta que este juego iba a ser una maravilla y si me atrapo desde el principio escribo este comentario por que hoy me entero que sebastian vettel se retira y recuerdo bien que en esta entrega era un rival dificil de vencer.

Why didn't Channel 4 adopt this as their F1 theme? It's on a par with The Chain.

Best F1 game ever made, I have had so many amazing moments on this game, the career mode is awesome, the cars feel fun to drive and best of all: You have an engineer that is fun to work with and not robotic! 😁

This game and specially this song somehow represents F1, fear, bravery, defeat, victory, glory, glamor and speed. Hopefully they recapture that F1 driver feeling in a video game like F1 2010 did.
