Same sentiments too! Zoom has a lot of well thought out functions and options for their meetings and Teams is great for businesses. Google Meet is a simple, no-frills options more for casual online meetings, just my thoughts!

I prefer zoom but sometimes I use Google meet when I need only 1 day

Hi Steph. I totally agree with your comments that the "best" option depends on what the user needs. For me using Zoom to record the session and produce a text transcript lets me use AI to produce minutes of a meeting.

Hey thanks for watching. I've not tried that but from what I know, the XML file does not change with your rebooting of the system. The best way is to test it yourself during the weekend, that's what I do for every livestream job.

​@@StephLeeTech Hi. Yes I can see it after I click it ,I want to choose windows and in this step the blue icon at the bottom right that shows share isn't there. It's okay in my desktop computer but it is not shown in my laptop.

For 100,000 people you cannot use Meetings but instead have to use a Livestream function which are usually paid versions of the account. You can check out the price plans for Google Workspace at workspace.google.com/pricing.html. Alternative Zoom has a Webinar function and Microsoft Teams has Townhall which allows you to stream view-only large scale events.

Hi! Thank you for watching and I'm glad it helped. Unfortunately there is a limitation to the use of audio with video on Google Meet. For myself I use a more professional setup that uses a switcher called the Atem Mini, which I can audio and visual to the device and send them out as a source.

Hi! Maybe I wasn't clear in the video... The buttons on the console only controls the Output 1. If you want to change the view on Output 2 you are right, you have to go into the Software Control Panel. So if the client needs a different view during livestream, and if you give them from Output 1, you can easily change that view by quickly pressing the physical button on the Atem console. But thank you for clarifying this!

The other way around is then better: give the client hdmi2 and fix the output they want. That way the buttons on the atem still belong to the operator 😊

Hi Ayi! Thank you for watching my channel. Yes you can actually. When you connect your phone's camera view to your laptop wirelessly, connect that laptop as a HDMI source to one of your Atem Mini's 4 sources (8 for the Extreme) and you will have a wireless source from your phone to your Atem Mini. To host or schedule a Google Meet, you will need a Google account. However, your friend can join a Google Meet meeting without a Google account if someone with a Google account creates the meeting and has enabled the “Anyone with the link can join” setting. Hope that helps!

At 5:58 you see that when you start a meeting, you can see the meeting code. Alternatively if you are already in the meeting, you can see the meeting code at the bottom left corner of your Google Meet interface. Hope that helps!
