When we visit EP, we typically stay and eat in Juárez due to more diversity of food options. Never thought of moving to El Paso, just wish it would rain more in EP to attract those who don’t like a dry climate.

I lived in El Paso, ugly and dry, not bless with nature. Weather horrible, dusty winds.

Rather pay an extra dollar for gas than to live on a horrible, DRY CLIMATE. I lived in El Paso, nothing to do, horrible weather.

No!!the reality is when u r 76 years old and pay utilities and property taxes!!

Speaking of crime the immigrants are coming in by the truck load to el Paso borders

Keep in mind if fort bliss closes I can't see it happening, but el Paso will fold , very low wages and cost of living is going up ,and el Paso is very greedy tax wise

But private sector employment is terrible ! Employers will keep wages down in industries like construction or skilled trades

if you apply for the border patrol you aint going to be living in el paso. you will get transfered to some lil city in the middle of nowhere. so why put this as a big employer?

Housing is deceivingly “low”. Property taxes are unbelievable for the location and the amenities the city offers do not reflect the cost.

I don't think your home taxes are low. Actually being a former El Paso resident home taxes are extremely high. I do miss the desert and mountains, but the cost of living there is high.

The wages suck , taxes are high , some of the roads are shit, they cater way to much to Mexico, I could go on The one thing el Paso has is the Mexican restaurants some of the best food there heritage speaks loud in el Paso, I try my best to go chico's tacos when I am there
