Hello how do stop a traffic citation for a stop sign violation in Texas please help

Solano County didn't respond for 40 days after my court date and I still got charged the full amount of the ticket after following every step you said. This is bs.

That’s just dumb! The risk is too high that way. Traffic ticket attorneys cost like $70 in Florida. If the cop doesn’t show up or screws up on technicalities - GREAT - Dismissed. But Even if you have to pay the ticket or a portion of the original ticket cost as court cost at the end you still avoid the points, traffic school, and the trouble of going to court.

I've been on Rumble since it came out and it hasn't really improved much since. My Home page is full of mostly American crap, it doesn't offer much to the non-American. My Feed is 90% full of content by channels i do not follow in any way and 90% of that is for a bunch of ISF channels that i have no interest in and at best have 5 followers and even less views on their videos. The browser version simply doesn't work and isn't a pleasant experience after too much effort.

I was a CAD computer aided drafting technician with a BA in architectural studies. i was getting paid $12 in 2000. $15 in 2001. $20 in 2005. $25 in 2010. $25 in 2020. Firm was 10 to 25 employees. This was in Chicago area suburbs. I am changing career. Moved to Salt Lake City. Researched salary at Indeed and found $18 to $24 for Central Processing at Intermountain Healthcare, and they required certification after 1 year. I just did an interview today. Only healthcare experience I had was 7 months for a 4000 employee state company lab managing and delivering specimens to internal labs. Standing and walking all day. My salary there was 16.40 in 2023 as Tech I. Went up to 17.00 after 6 months as Tech II. I heard people making 20.00 as Tech III and IV and those can be with 3 or 4 yrs experience. Anyway, Univ of Utah has central processing jobs opening but no listed salary and did not require certification. Also note, Salt Lake City in 2024 is the 3rd most expensive city to live in USA, so $17 or $18 per hour is basically like $8 to $12 in 2000. Apartment rents are at $900 while a burger, fries, drink mcdonalds meal is currently at $8.00.

When you do a trial by declaration, in California, you have a deadline to submit your response. The officer similarly is given a deadline. What one week before court date???

This whole process is tooo complicated and too many barriers where it starts looking like a SCAM type of deal. It's difficult for someone who wants to achieve in a career change cannot do so and harder for facilities to hire making it short staff all the time and lack of quality assurance. The Worst part of the experience of having to juggle making a living to pay your Rising living cost today and volunteering your unpaid time at least up to year to find out if you're getting the job or not isn't worth it. I preferred being hired on right away with no experience or some type of experiences or knowledge of the industry within the company and being certified through the company as you get paid working to do so would be more pro-active approach. Because you have learned the culture and process and direction of the facility which has become a repetitive memory thing. You'll likely to get more good employee staff who are better are doing their job than hiring someone fresh out of the course with certificate, but does not know the culture and process of your facility. A good personality of a person in a work environment goes a long way in achieving work quality and productivity vs someone who has a certification, but is incompetent.

TH-cam might be biased when it comes to politics, although in my experience they only feed me content from channels I regularly watch. However, they definitely pay for videos I upload - BUT RUMBLE DON'T. I have over 9600 videos on TH-cam and I've been on since July 2017. Once I was monetized (twice as they changed the rules) I was being paid for advertising. The advertising for the same content uploaded to Rumble has NEVER BEEN PAID. The only way I received anything from them at all was when I won a rumble contest and the amount earned went above the threshold value. I contacted Rumble about this and asked why they were not paying anything, even the Rumble contest wins and they never got back to me. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND RUMBLE as they only care about the major content creators with millions of subscribers.

The technical college in my city offers a 16 week program for $200. It's all online and only meet two times during the whole curriculum. Nothing is hiring in my area without having at least that. They do give you 6-12 to pass the exam. So, I'll have a certificate, but still need the exam to keep the job. Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm excited but nervous.

Thank you very much for the unbiased, honest, truthful and transparent view presented. By now I have been uploading videos on Rumble. I have over 4000 monetized videos and over 2000 subscribers. Every month as I have received more subscribers the amount earned have increased very slowly. I finally reached to make $39 for this month (Jan. 2024). However, I am not able to cash UNLESS i make - minimum - $50 a month. In two years time (January 2022 to January 2024 I have made a total of only $326.00 but have not been able to cash for the same reason... The minimum is $50. So I am planning of migrating to TH-cam as I see is not worth my time and effort to keep working for nothing. Thanks again.
