Apparently the plunger or something can get stuck in the fully out postion and wont pump fuel , on another video the guy used a hammer and a piece of wood and to vibrate the plunger back by sticking the plate area with the hammer wood acting to protect from damage

Got this generator 4 years ago, I love the fact that it has the idle switch but the local engineer that came to fix it has somehow messed up the idle switch off, just couldn't locate the wiring...it sucks

So where was the repair? all you did was inspect it. Mine has stopped pumping and I hoped to find some help here. Oh well.

After Hurricane Irma, Sep. 2017, I lost power for 6 brutally hot days, and started looking for a portable tri-fuel generator. I found that there were not many made or available. I found out about this Sportsman GENTRi9K but it wasn't widely available, and out of stock at Amazon and Home Depot. I found it from some online retailer that I never hear of based out of S. FL, and got it for $1500 delivered. I run it on natural gas, but it's not as powerful as I hoped. It simultaneously runs my refrigerator, all lights, sump pump, and one small window AC. It starts to have trouble if I add a second window AC. It will not start up my central AC. It sometimes bogs out and stops running on the NG. And sometimes runs well for hours under test conditions. I've found better made, more powerful ones at $4000+ but don't want to spend that much.

In Australia when it’s flooding we set up flood dams and have 10 or more for a 100 metre area pumping out any water which comes in and pumping it out into the flood

The 4400EH needs a propane regulator at the tank. 200 PSI in a hose line is not safe. Supplied with the 4400EH is a very cheep hose that is inadequate to handle 200 PSI.
