How do non renewable resources like marble and quartz work on multiplayer?

Hi zee, I started the game 3 weeks ago, I have made plenty cosy furniture, I have upgrade all my tools to sylves finish neppys quest, and regardless that I have e all the resource I cannot upgrade my homestead ? Have no clue why. I have 2 farm, tree crops flowers …. I am kind of stuck and it’s ruining a bit myself game

I am started the game 3 weeks ago, I am I nm in winter plant trees, I been to fae realm finish first salt mine and I have a big problem I cannot upgrade my home? So limited in furniture ! Doesn’t anyone know why. I have all the resource and it doesn’t let me purchase I have the money and everything. Is it a certain level you need or special stage I need to be n?

I'm currently torn between Noah and Luke. And I just made 8 others my bf to see all their heart events. I like Noah's boy next door personality. But I love Luke's shyness and sassy compliments. Loving Luke alot lately.
