The name of the town was taken from San Jose Del Monte, a phrase that is a combination of the patron saint of the town and “Del Monte”, which means “of the mountains. Since it’s mountain, full of trees, then was developed, cut the trees an...

Look at those cities in Metro Manila, all of our cities out there are at so called "Highly-Urbanized City", a type of city wherein...so independent from each other and from any provinces. Its a cool thing that if...does your CSJDM will become one of us, there's no mess regarding the governance and administration. Facing such issues as...high cost of living and rising of cost in taxation is...an issue. But, if you look at the Metro Manila Cities, it always have pros and cons. Thus, the pros shall be seen as more beneficial than its cons. Since, in every challenges, there are opportunities. Free education and more improving life can be attained.
I wish that the application for Barangay Clearance might be...free of charge
Nice moves
Dapat wag pabayaan ang ilog kalinisan sa pelikula Ni fpj maganda malinis at maayos kalsada noon
No huc yes federal parliamentary system
to bad its a no for the poeple of bulacan
HAPPY!
REAL TALK! CONGRESSEMAN SOLO, MAYOR SOLO BUDGET!
Like Manila rate
Muntik na akong maniwala. kaso pagkasabi lang na "HINDI TATAAS ANG TAX" medyo skeptical na agad. ang sarap kasi pakinggan ng "FREE" Dialysis at Health services. pero in reality. kung libre tlga yan mga yan. paano kaya sasahod yung mga tao na mag mamando ng mga serbisyo na yan? are they also going to work for free? unless the City gets approved for a larger budget allocation. then i dont have anything againts it na. pero what do you really get when the national Government approves a larger budget for your city? obviously, they need to raise taxes on the area. kasi hindi pwedeng mas malaki ang niluluwal ng national government na pondo sa isang lugar pero wala naman silang napapala doon. unless the Congressman and the Mayor themselves can overpower the national government on not imposing higher taxes in turn for a much larger city budget allocation. which is isang suntok sa buwan. so. im really sorry to say, HUC sounds really good with the benefits and the freebies that it can offer the people. though this Video at this point is just a good example of what "No Transparency" looks like. no hating, im just sharing my opinion. not all projects come at no expense, not all plans have Pro's only. you should have also shared the Cons and how you really are going to be able to achieve this HUC plan with the current budget allocation for SJDM. so the people can choose to decide if they will go with it or againts it. The way i see it, this HUC is just an agenda of the current political party in place. if not, then please tell me why i see so much pink and Initials of the Mayor engraved or sculpted everywhere i go in the City. in simple terms. if HUC is not just an agenda, then (HUC = more budget allocation for the city approved by national government = higher taxes imposed by national government) and somebody did mentioned about having more job opportunities(which is good) but never mentioned about "better salary rates".
It's like a mind conditioning tactic Kasi they promote it so they won't really dwell on the negative. I think it's a premature step to leave a footprint of the current mayor. Once all projects are done the 3 years had pass by so if they take it into account they won't be benefiting much if they wait for another 3 years. I hope they improve first the quality of livelihood of locals if they do that the community itself will ask for it.
Audience: yeheeeey! Anyway I will vote YES to HUC because my vote is for the good of the next generations of Sanjoseños 👍
Being labeled as HUC doesn't necessarily equate to progress. Maganda lang pakinggan pero sana maging aware yung mga mag "YES" vote about the implications and this can be somewhat political. Dapat consulted ito sa mga professionals like urban planners, lawyers, environmental organizations, housing authorities, experts, policymakers and so on hindi purely politicians. With pressing problems like transportation, traffic congestion, an almost overpopulated city and lack of housing, poor drainage and sewage system, lack of healthcare facilities, watersupply issues, poor waste management, crime rates concerns, social inequity, economic vulnerability, tataas ang tax hindi man agad pero tataas yan because that how it works (dont be fool) , loss of cultural identity especially, ano tatawag nyo San Joseno? hindi Bulakenyo? and so on are one of the issue na hindi tinackle sa talk regarding HUC. I remember their talks about the green city, they are using jargon in urban planning they didn't really practice. No trees or sustainable projects resonate with sustainability. The discussion is somewhat conflicting and focuses mostly on new initiatives that the city does not yet require, rather than offering answers to the problems that are already being faced. Don't tell me lahat ng public buildings may political initials when these buildings are built using the public funds. I'm not fundamentally opposed to the idea of HUC if it's genuinely beneficial. However, merely achieving the required population numbers in San Jose doesn't directly necessitate its HUC designation. Magiging hiwalay yung departamento and magiging set ng governance within San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan kapag napatupad ang HUC. More projects, more budgets and pocket money, and political dynasties. Advocating for something without a clear plan or adequate public awareness seems hasty. The label "Highly-urbanized" might be used to sway people into endorsing the HUC campaign without them truly understanding its implications and what are the concrete initiatives.
San Jose del Monte City in Bulacan holds vast potential, but its aspirations need not be solely focused on rapid urbanization. Prioritizing extensive urbanization, especially if influenced by political interests, could overshadow the genuine needs and challenges of the community. Picturing the city with pink-colored branding and bearing political initials resonates with political agendas but does not truly reflect the aspirations and needs of the Bulakenyos. Urbanization, while often associated with progress, isn't a guaranteed pathway to genuine development. True progress considers the well-being of its citizens, sustainable growth, cultural preservation, and community participation. For San Jose del Monte, the key lies in understanding its unique potential and working towards a vision that encompasses the holistic needs of its residents.
God Bless you po,San Joseño.
