I wouldn't say White is the best, but is definitely the closest to the magic of Blue. Strictly speaking for the colored albums, Blue is their best, White is second, Red is a very close third, at least for me; it sounds different enough and has standout songs while still feeling like a Weezer album. Green is just way to same-y and only has about 4 stand out songs. As for Teal and Black, they wasted two colors.

The only reason my brain is connected to OK human is because it’s related to OK orchestra in some way

EWBAITE and The White Album will both forever be my favorite, it flips from day to day.

Make Believe and Hurley are both amazing weezer albums

I went down a rabbit hole of listening to most of the Weezer albums and ngl, Green, Make Believe and Hurley might’ve been my fabooutely on the basis that they aligned more with my general music taste, and were the most varied of any Weezer album. I didn’t vibe with the Blue album aside from the obvious highlights cuz to me, a lot of the songs just sounded the same, Maladroit had the same issue. Raditude is as crap as everyone says, just a mix of genres that Weezer clearly had no experience with. And Pinkerton had some steller songwriting icl, just not a fan of River’s voice in the early days.
