It can be found in your manual and sometimes there's a sticker near the glovebox. Or by using your VIN number and contacting your local Honda dealer to get the unlock code. You can also get it from Honda Owners website.

Filter is the last problem, cracked engine block or gasket.

Use a little bit of dielectric grease to coat the o-ring and not fuel 👍

If you have the room just use a large screwdriver or even a small pry bar punch a hole directly through the filter with it and use it as leverage, I've done it before
