Since this video ends spectacularly, I will share my experience in frying salmon with Ninja Foodie. First of all if place skin down, you’re gonna scrape it later from the bottom. Tried also with the skin up first but for some reason Ninja annihilated the skin. You’re gonna some trials before you reach the perfect ratio time/temperature. I personally did not manage to get salmon cooked that remains moist. Hope this helps.
