This is just a short video of the Mash Fifty 50cc bike. It's a road-legal bike for 16-year-olds that have just past their CBT. It's a good bike basically.

Where can I buy purchase this from. Do you recommend this or the 2024 current one
How did you remove the limiter on the mash 50cc, I can't find anything on my bike that is similar to the ones I see in videos I have a 22 plate
Although I had a 2016 it should be pretty similar. There was a green cable by the battery that you can either cut or unplug. If you cut it just remember to disconnect the battery first. :)
@@PriceMotoVlogsadly I couldn't find any green cables, and now the bike coughs whenever it accelerates and constantly stalls :c

I have a mash fifty, I go past 65 kph I get this weird noise and it won’t go any faster any tips?
That's either going to be the restrictor or the lack of rev limiter. If it's the restrictor then you'll have to unplug it or cut it (just search it up) and if it's the rev limiter (more of a crunch) then I'm afraid that's the fastest your bike will go. Hope this helps
@@PriceMotoVlog i have already removed the restrictor, this made me go from 45 to 65, but the noise is still there, it almost sounds like friction from my piston

What bike would you reccommend as the best for a 16 year old the mash fifty 50 or the jsm asj 50
I would say it depends on what you want it for, the AJS is more of a dirt style so if you want to have that dirt bike feel then go for that. I believe the AJS is also a 2stroke, making it less reliable and more maintenance all around. If you want a great first bike that will survive the year of first riding, definitely get a Mash.

Hey, is it a gear indicator on the display?
On Models 2020+ yes it shows the gear selected however any model between 2014-2019 doesn't I'm afraid.

Well said, thanks for the info Just got a 50 cc mash for my granddaughter. She's just turning 15, but I'm getting her to do work on the bike. So that she has a appreciation of how it works. 👍👍
It really was a great bike for me to begin on personally, it allowed me to learn at my own speed and feel comfortable while riding. It also taught me maintenance and how an carb engine works.
I have the dirt track version of the 50 and I've love for so far but what is your headlight like at night as I don't feel like mine if bright enough to light up the road ahead of me! I think the bulb design is different but I'd be interested to know :)
Honestly the bulb was terrible, I would suggest replacing it with a round LED to make it useful. When I transferred onto the MT125 I realised just how bad the Mash light was.
Do these come into the country de restricted
They come in with a small restrict cable and you have to unplug it to make it unrestricted

@@Nekoza not illegal but if you have an accident and your insurance want to check the restriction, extremely unlikely, then you could potentially have it voided

With the limit I could get a solid 28 mph, without I could get about 45

Sounds really nice and goes well! How clear is the LCD display in direct sunlight? Any mods planned?
The display is crystal clear through any weather other than when it's covered in rain. I'm planning a few mods already, tail tidy, exhaust, bars, grips and probably a few other bits in the future. :)

It is a great bike, I would recommend it. Just make sure you store it somewhere away from the rain otherwise the chrome will rust. :)

Engine or exhaust must have got a big splash of water. Might have got into a connector and stopped spark for a bit
I hadn't thought about that, I'll have a look today to make sure everything still working right.
You tried to start it in gear, it won't let you do that
Is your exhaust stock? if so how did you get it to sound like that
It is 100% stock, the only think I have done to the bike is disconnect the electric restrictor inside the bike. The carburator is set to high revs so it keeps it loud most of the time. Hope that helps :)

If you've just turned 16 then yes it's an amazing bike to start with. If you're 16 turning 17 get yourself a 125cc

Surprisingly they actually did great, the XT has now been sold for a 2020 Africa Twin but the mash is staying very strong :)

There's a lot in England under the London area where I got mine. You can find quite a few on places like eBay or auto trader for quite cheap.

Where’d u get those mirrors? And do u recommend this bike as a good beginners-bike?
The mirrors were off of Amazon for only £15 however as a beginner I would say stick with the original ones as you will be able to see more although they may not be the most stylish things. Also, the bike would be great for a beginner, its speedy and you really get to know the gears on a manual before progressing to a bigger bike. :)
