    Hazard lights are to warn other there is traffic ahead! This happens all over the Middle East, it happens in KSA and Kuwait, Qutur, Eygypt, Bahrain, I know. And you can undertake on the six-lane roads! I am wondering, do you know the full driving in Middle East (the signs and ways people communicate, which is different to the actual road rules, e.g: In UK, it say flashing lights is for warning others, but everybody uses it for thanks and 'you go first')?

      Eiji Yup like robots and doing a silly mistakes costs you fines. Come to the neighboring country Saudi Arabia with similar roads and awesome cars but with no fines. People here enjoy the road like they meant to be. Cars wont stay on a single lane for more than 5 seconds. They just zig zag and this usually doesnt cause accidents because concentration is there . Accidents usually cause due to drunk driving and talking on mobile which distracts the driver

    good choice with music. can't say it's crazy as it looked just like how people drive here, with exception of slow bastards blocking up the fast line(hence having to drive fast in the outer lane to drive around them)

    • @SIMcityplayer2002
      @SIMcityplayer2002 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      The outside lane is the overtaking lane (closes to central-resivation).

  • @johng6997
    @johng6997 10 ปีที่แล้ว

    All I seen was a crazy driver filming ! in the wrong lane “ fast lane” most of the time. 3 lanes undertook you at one stage , one a school bus, that should have given you a clue. Go in the slow lanes !!!. Tourists and Indian drivers in Dubai are pain in the ass. Outside lane I call the death lane , the inside slow lanes are normally clearer/ faster because of people like you cruising at the speed limit, in the last overtaking lane and second fast lane .

    I can see why people are confused with this video footage... What you don't get from the video is the speed everyone is doing... The speed limit over there is between 130-140 kph or 80 to 86mph... But no-one does the speed limit over there...

    • @RashidLikesBlank

    This is not what is termed "crazy" driving, this is perfectly normal and to be expected driving in a city with so many vehicles on the road. Everything shown in this video is perfectly normal. Drive down the beach road in the middle of the night and then you stand more chance of catching some "crazy" driving.

    NEWS from today: "An Australian woman, has been savagely raped by three men in Dubai. Alone and frightened, she took herself to hospital. What Alicia didn’t know is that under the UAE’s strict sharia laws, if the perpetrator does not confess, a rape cannot be convicted without four adult Muslim male witnesses. She was charged with having illicit sex outside marriage, and thrown in a filthy jail cell for eight months..." (Yahoo News)

    It's not true! In Tel Aviv, there are even non-kosher shops with pork, and there are pork farms for those, who prefer to eat pork, because they are not religious, or came to Israel from Europe, where everybody eats pork. Tel Aviv has a huge gay parade each year, nobody sends these people to jail, like in the UAE. I come with the example of TA, because there are lots of similarities between Dubai and TA. I know both cities quite well. I'm able to compare.

  • @MrHardCash
    @MrHardCash 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    I assume you are either from Tel Aviv or of jewish decent, or both.. 'cause you keep mentioning Tel Aviv a lot. Not so long ago, if you eat or import sea food you go to jail... and even these days, gambling can get you into a lot of trouble in Tel Aviv. Now what in the world is the logical reasoning behind banning gambling and sea food, if it weren't religious based? The double standard is ironic.

  • @MrHardCash
    @MrHardCash 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    "In Tel Aviv, there is one of the world's biggest gay pride festivals, same-sex couples are seen hand-in-hand" Yet, same sex marriage is still illegal there. How ironic. Isn't it better to mention this "festival" when same sex marriage is allowed in Israel? Now why is it still illegal?? Each country has its positives and negatives. It is just whichever "culture" suits your joys. While Dubai appeals to the rich folks, I can understand why a gay exhibitionist for example might prefer Tel Aviv.

    Dahi Khalfan (since 30th of Sept 2010) is still receiving death threats from Mossad linked to his role in uncovering details of the assassination of al-Mabhouh, if he ever decides to continue with escalating this case. That being said, I think Dubai has softened up a lil bit with regards to Israeli stamps in passports. I personally know two friends (a Colombian girl and a Brit) who both have Israeli stamps in their passports. When I asked them, they said they didn't get into any trouble.

  • @MrHardCash
    @MrHardCash 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    On 23 March 2010, Britain's foreign secretary expelled an Israeli diplomat after the UK's Serious Organised Crime Agency turned up evidence that Israel had forged copies of British passports. On 24 May, the Australian government expelled an Israeli diplomat after concluding that there was "no doubt Israel was behind the forgery of four Australian passports" related to the assassination. Similar action was taken by Ireland. *continued*

  • @MrHardCash
    @MrHardCash 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    Of course, such rules by Dubai's gov won't stop the Mossad. Look what happened last time they got through and entered Dubai. They just stole European and Australian passports and entered with them (total of 26 agents) to commit an international crime on others lands. Dubai's police chief Dahi Khalfan uncovered the details in a record breaking time, showing evidences and proof it was the work of Mossad. *continued*

  • @MrHardCash
    @MrHardCash 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    In the past, non-Israeli people with Israeli stamps in their passports were usually connected to Mossad, who carried out intelligence activities involving property damage and murder. Not all of them of course, but many. Unlike most intelligence agencies worldwide, Mossad is very aggressive and has no boundaries. *continued*

    "Non-Israeli citizens with Israeli stamp in their passport, cannot get a VISA to the UAE." Look... Dubai, on top of all of mentioned features it enjoys, is also a very safe city (in fact, ranked the no.1 most safest city). Crime rate is so very low to almost zero. You can practically leave a bag full of money on the streets and no one will steal it. In fact, this has been tried several times by curious tourists who want to see if the rumor is true or not. *continued*

  • @MrHardCash
    @MrHardCash 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    "The question in the VISA form referring to "religion", is unacceptable and discriminatory." This is a stupid thing done by most Arab countries. It is in fact unacceptable. Recently, they brought it up on a TV show where they discussed if there was real need for it. Hope they drop it. Many people don't mind it, but the principle behind it irritates me.

  • @MrHardCash

    "I was unable to access certain web pages".. I just typed badoo . com into my browser and it opened up for me -_-''' Were you trying to access porn or homosexuality sites? those are banned of course (by etisalat ISP, using automated filters.. however, a coupla other ISPs allow some). "Despite of this, I liked the city" Well, you should... this point is nothing to bitch about... unless you are an online porn addict who haven't heard of proxy softwares... lol *joking*

  • @Euriel1
    @Euriel1 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    In Tel Aviv, there is one of the world's biggest gay pride festivals, same-sex couples are seen hand-in-hand, and nobody cares of them. Personal freedom is very important for tourism: nobody likes to spend money to visit a country, where Jews, LGBT people, and domestic political opposition are persecuted. But YES, Dubai - if we talk about architecture and technology - is an amazing place. Otherwise, NO!

  • @Euriel1
    @Euriel1 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    While the UAE stamp in your passport is NOT an obstacle for entering Israel, Western tourists with Israeli stamp in their passports, are not allowed into the United Arab Emirates, which is absolutely discriminatory. In case, you are Jewish and you admit that in the VISA from (Yes, there is a question regarding your religion!!!), you won't receive the VISA. To be gay or Lesbian, is regarded as a crime. You must hide your identity, and lie - otherwise, you can be arrested easily.

  • @Euriel1
    @Euriel1 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    Good to hear that. What I experienced in Dubai, some months ago, was the internet police, whereas I was unable to access certain web pages. Even Badoo was banned, not talking about a series of other pages. Despite of this, I liked the city, much better than the rest of the Arab world. The question in the VISA form referring to "religion", is unacceptable and discriminatory. Non-Israeli citizens with Israeli stamp in their passport, cannot get a VISA to the UAE. This is nonsense

  • @MrHardCash
    @MrHardCash 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    Of course, you never learn about this change and amendments unless you ask those who live in Dubai. The old news about the old violations are still online.. and understandably, due to Dubai stealing lots of world tourism volume, many people re-post and spread these old news over and over... in hopes of harming the city's tourism boom. Do you know how many tourism cities have lost millions of dollars annually, due to Dubai?

  • @MrHardCash
    @MrHardCash 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    "is ranked together with Saudi Arabia, and Iran, regarding human freedom." I have to agree with this point. However, this was long ago when Dubai just started to boom. Some violations made their way to international news (regarding labor specifically). The US interviewed Dubai officials about it. The Shiekhs learned about them and took action immediately. Ever since, a direct line has launched connecting workers with the Shiekh himself. Lots of amendments have been made ever since.
