Thanks for this breakdown. I've been plotting how I'd improve Marvel Island (trailer on my channel). It seems the 1 true question left in the contract is whether Universal can expand/ add a new attraction without being vetoed by Disney. There's a lot of "good faith" language in that contract that probably confuses Disney because they rarely employ the concept.
