🫣You guys layed the mesh straight ontop of the brick, went straight over with the base 😂 No stress points addressed, no glass protection, bunch of 🤠🤠
Put some downlighting on it then see how it looks guys 😂😂
Really sad to see this as the video is very well produced,, the two guys are novices at best that thought they were on to something with this video,, regardless of the window coverings and stuff , how could anyone mesh the wall I know it’s in every comment,, but did the both just wake up and decide to become plasterers that day ? Any one even thinking about doing something like this surely would have at least watched some videos before it?? I guess you just carnt teach stupid!!
How much did it cost, I want the similar one
Not got a clue as the mesh should be bedded in not troweled over, this customer is being shafted
My word... Has it fallen off yet?
Terrible job , take this video down Embarrassing
Your not susspossed to use the mesh that way if the rep caught you he would fail the system, your susspossed to put the mix on the wall and bed the mesh into it,Mickey mouse way your doing it there
Don’t they cover the windows etc?
wow never seen it done like this! and iv been doing this for many years, i understand everyone has there own way but this deffo goin to fail within a year because how youd applyed it,
I've gotta do my house ..I thought the first coat needed to be scratch coat and left a day ? Then come back to do second coat 😩..I take it this video isn't one to follow
I hope no one ever follows this method! @@markveganism5003
Cowboys 😭😭
No scratch No mesh Mesh behind coats Speeds lol to straight (flexible edge) No tape or covering for doors and windows fuck me amazingly bad Just cos the finish is ok or even good it will not last a couple of years in weather changes
Why make a video of something done so wrong?
State of it lol , ffs put some glass protection on
Guys 😂 you bed the mesh into the base , not pin it to the wall first 😂 worst practice Iv seen in a while that
Tape and window protection must be expensive in the uk,but not as expensive as a new door or window, wrap in before u tap It lads
Shocking,👎
At least cover the door for the video lads😮😮
I like this method
You mean, the wrong way of doing it?
Nice ❤
So many wrongs here its unbelievable. Do not copy this procedure!
👍👍👍👍👍👍
Please get this sorted ASAP the mesh has to be bedded in not coat on top of it esp a heavy render will be lucky to last a month
Shocking this has fail all over it.
I do this , it's called monocouche ,if someone is interested I have videos and pic!
12.5L per bag is too stiff for me especially for the second coat.
🤣🤣 what are you doing mesh should be off the brickwork not layed on it and not even covered up the doors or anything 🤣 chancers
They were too busy with the video editing and t-shirt printing
Hi How much did this conversion cost?
Do you basecoat mesh with 15mm beads on or basecoat mesh then stick 10mm beads and render after
Base coat 4-6mm meshed bedded in near top of base coat with 15mm beads for me. 12-13mm top coat next day. You there way is 2 passes with the top meshed also. But prefer to use a basecoat like hp12. Then top coat there after.
Watch there other video 😂😂😂
Good video!
No scratch coat And mesh should go in the 1st coat not under it
Wrong wrong!and take the fyckin down pipe off
Did you let the first coat go hard or just straight over it
Thanku
PVA is to control the suction not to stick the plaster to walls or ceilings.
Good job mate.
Never plaster in to bead on first coat
U have to when skimming to block the bead out lad go do ure homework
Being tall i start from the deck and trowel up to a foot from the ceiling .. (side on and sort of arc the top of stroke) then go along again and pull down that last top bit.... i find it really keeps the movements down to a minimum
dude a tip go to Asia and ut red food dye mix with pva yep no misses 😮😮plus I never use steel floats to flattern I use ox plastic floats Nice and light on your arms I use the 18inch one spare blades around £25 a pair bazz
dude a tip go to Asda and buy red food dye mix with pva no misses 😮
AWESOMEST JOB!!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Love it!!!
🤝
😍😍😍
Super😮😮
That is some great work. New sub here :)
Good hit that, do you not put a couple handfuls of bonding in the first mix when going over textured ceilings? It gives it more volume and it works a dream
Yes very right
I've been putting a tight coat of bonding on for years now, I've found time wise if finishes quicker as the bonding takes the finishing coat with it. Now in my 46th year plastering and ready for a rest.
Did your mega mixer switch fall off as well then?
Great hand 🤚 move
😍
So nice and clear finishes. Looks so fresh and bright. 👏🏻
