National Integrated Drought Information System
United States
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 29 มี.ค. 2018
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) National Integrated Drought Information System (NIDIS) program was authorized by Congress in 2006 to coordinate and integrate drought research, building upon existing federal, tribal, state, and local partnerships in support of creating a national drought early warning information system (DEWS).
A DEWS utilizes partner networks and a wide range of federal, tribal, state, local and academic partners to make climate and drought science readily available, easily understandable and usable for decision makers; and to improve the capacity of stakeholders to better monitor, forecast, plan for and cope with the impacts of drought.

Is there a startup or a product now that we could buy?
How is Idaho with its need for prime potatoes , going to subsist ?
Uh oh ... am I technically a nerd now ?
The best thing is a condo farm ... peoples toilets feeding the water usage / recycle / F00d
We'll see ;)
What happened to the people before ... ? I'm not imagining things ?/?~@
Thank you for being the dividing line in my stream of notifications . Anyways ... how's that water situation going ? Are we in for another Idaho water dispute ? The quality of McDonalds fries must be maintained . Plus it's not much different than storing them spuds in those long dugout earthships . Except ya the labor to move the product along . . . and earn top dollar / ? But damn lotta fries thrown away of those prime potatoes having used more water . Just sayin
Interesting!
Pam Knox is a rockstar!
A very good question to ask ... but ... what is the weight of influence ?
Thank you!
Have you have published article on this, link would be appreciated
Great info guys , but being all based in science , it is a snooze fest . Maybe could jazz it up with more pics of wet and wild pigs :? My 2 cp is we need to get a lot of community gardens going using permaculture methods .
Oh my gawd , I'm busting up right off the bat with ... "I don't know why they picked a hog for the opening slide ? " Just had to mention ... now I will watch the rest ;)
"Tavistock remains the mother of all research facilities in America and Britain, and the leader in behavior modification techniques, mind control and opinion making and shaping. The Rand Institute at Santa Monica under the direction of Tavistock created the phenomena known as "El Nino" as a weather modification experiment. Tavistock is also heavily engaged in the New Age "UFO" experiments and sighting of aliens, under its mind control contracts with the C.I.A." - OPEN SOURCE - Dr. John Coleman, THE TAVISTOCK INSTITUTE FOR HUMAN RELATIONS: Shaping the Moral, Spiritual, Cultural, Political and Economic Decline of the United States, First Edition, 2006. --- "To Lewin fell the task of selecting key personnel for these and other highly prestigious research institutions; including Esalen, the Rand Corporation; the United States Air Force, the Navy, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the State Department. In later years Tavistock conditioned those chosen to operate the ELF weather modifications facilities located in Wisconsin and Michigan, as a defense against those operated from the Kola Peninsula in Russia." - OPEN SOURCE - Dr. John Coleman, THE TAVISTOCK INSTITUTE FOR HUMAN RELATIONS: Shaping the Moral, Spiritual, Cultural, Political and Economic Decline of the United States, First Edition, 2006.
Thank you, useful info.
What about Florida
Load of shit
4 days since and a significant change to the 4 corners region and a high for the north.
Thank you, nicely done.
California has only one major reservoir that is below historical average of acre feet. San Luis Resevoir located in Central California. San Diego is in even better shape as the county is releasing 600 million gallons due to infrastructure negligence! Lake Hodges dam is over 100 years old and is in the middle of repairs. So if the Sierra snowpack gets another string of storms, I declare the drought over for 2024-2025!
That was super not helpful.
Great video
Thank you
I am confused, the files aren't sending to my google bucket. Or is it supposed to be there before hand?
Thank you for putting these webinars on!
May i get the presentation please?
Very nice
Fast forward to 23:50 and sit down. That was one of the most sobering presentations I have heard in a while.
Hi. We need rain. My pump went out and the little pond went dry. I'm in nw FL. Literally on water tables.
Thank you.

It’s trumps fault
Excellent presentations, Thanks to all involved. Special thanks to USGS! hyrdrologic model presentation.
58:18 Sure KILLING is always the answer 😢
Thank you! As expected.
You cannot have a conversation about drought without addressing the Stratospheric Aerosol Injection operations which spray dessicant nanoparicles such as aluminum barium strontium and manganese which also produce dry lightning since they are electrically charged. Consider the massive wildfires across the globe including 50 million acres in Siberia. All you need to do is look up at the sky and see the planes spraying in formation
Great update and love the new formats and improved tools. Thank you!
Thank you for posting these!

Yeah as the previous commenter said, there is increasing need for H2O in places where it isn't falling from the sky. I guess there is plenty of it in the atmosphere but not in the "right" places for human habitation!
Love this information and would like to hear more on human impact on this situation as our population continues to grow and humans want to use more and more water etc. Thanks for what you do. John
Always interesting.
These are always an interesting watch. Lets hope the moisture keeps coming
cost of this equipment
Where does most of this heavy rain go?
Great news re: San Luis Reservoir [Pacheco Pass]. Used to eyeball-it. The Giant Sequoias will get a reprieve this fire season (hopefully). AZ focus now: Monsoons. Colorado River [Poudre Headwater snows]...
These outlooks aren’t aging well 😬 and I think we are all okay with it 🌧️❄️☔️
Great information, please note that the slides and the presenter are approximately over 2 mins off.
Yes, a little frustrating to follow as a focused visual observer.
