Q&A: what game(s) was it that brought you into the hobby? For me, it was Eldritch Horror. Our D&D group all pitched in and bought it for christmas the year it came out, and we replaced one of our D&D nights every month with board games.

Fun game gentlemen! I actually quite like Stryfe, partially because it throws off decks with a high tempo and lots of low-cost cards, without being super punishing or hard. He's just a bit different and fun. Eric, I love that your now Semper Ludens, made me grin when i saw it!

Thanks for the videos as always! I found Bishop pretty build dependent. I think he does really well when he's more stacked with resources. His rifle doesn't have a limit, and Energy Conversion can move a lot of resources back into your deck, so I had turns when I played En Sabah Nur (solo) with 7 resources in hand, shooting for seven with the rifle. Maybe you'll find he plays better once you've done more experimentation with the deck, but maybe not (and that's ok, too!). I found the precon wasn't as effective myself when I played a slightly altered version of it - much like yourself.

Good campaign...I actually enjoyed the fact that you had to do a couple over. I always think I am not so good because I have to redo scenarios it is nice to see that even the G.O.A.T. has to redo one every once in a while. Always great to watch your playthroughs thanks for putting out the content it really makes my overnight shift not as long! Have fun with your wife's play this weekend!

According to 1.5 step 4 of the enemy activation is to deal damage. Maria Hill would be defeated by that damage before the enemy activation fully resolved. Sorry Steve but your off point on this one.

Actually: poison does not bump up the wound condition. A wouded enemy with posion still suffers only one damage each round

For reference for your viewership. The guys played “find” correctly the first time. It DOEN’T check the victory display. We have been told directly that find looks everywhere EXCEPT for three specific locations: 1) face down encounter cards 2) removed from game 3) victory display.

So does Blaze of Glory affect the allies in on the mission if I play that card and then do a mission attempt?

STEVE : basic spell is not superpower ! you can not play deft focus i would like you to play cosmo with this mystics and built around him : Magik plays him because she can see the first card of her deck. you play her agressive because you can play bootcamp/enraged/energy spear/sidearm/honorary x-men/Utopia/CITT. An another of you plays Adam with upgrade : inspired/laser blast/target practice (?)/R&D Facility (?) + the four upgrade "training" : danger room training/attack training/Mission Training/Protective training. Thus Cosmo is a 11 atk ranged, piercing and overkill or 13 with target practice (?)/R&D Facility (?). You can play him twice with CITT and Utopia. You can play on Adam too : combat training, heroic intuition, armored vest, Symbiote Suit, clarity of purpose/Bloodgem/def focus/sorcere supreme. Thus he is a 3/3/4 and you play just his cards.

And the guy who plays Warlock put : Coms Implant, Inspired, Laser Blast, Leadership skill, Danger Room Training, Attack training, Mission Training, Protective training. Thus Cosmo is a +11 atk ranged, piercing, overkill/ +4 ctr /+8 pv. You can put 3 more "Target Practice" and R&D Facility.

I played the X-23 Deck yesterday and it was awesome! Wound up with a 51 hp turn with her! Y'all have fun this weekend!

SP//dr is one of my favorite characters. You did however play her a little wrong. The action to exhaust to draw two cards is on Peni, but the action is to exhaust the suit. You were exhausting Peni and then using the suit once you flipped up. Also a couple of times with all systems go, you readied the suit along with the interfaces.

To answer your villain question: with Age of Apocalypse, there are 51 heroes and 46 villains. As each villain can be played standard or expert (not counting heroic), and each hero can be played with five different aspects including 'pool, I believe that equals 23,460 different combinations for a solo game. Then, when you factor in multiple players and that each aspect deck can be created with different card combinations, there millions of different ways to play the game for what feels like infinite replayability.
