Thanks, I needed this for Thanksgiving dinner! After the second watch, I got the rhythm down!
Thank you
I have an old Swifter WetJet mop, and there is a scrubber strip on the front of the mop head. I'm not sure if the Swifter mops still have this feature. At any rate, is there a hack for the scrubber strip?
Hmm, I can't currently think of a hack to make your own scrubber strip. But usually just the terry cloth pad gets the job done just fine too.
@@MakeYourOwnZone, thank you for replying!
This is great!❤❤❤ I just learned to knit 3 weeks ago and have been searching for easy knit projects to make as Christmas gifts this year. Thank you very much for sharing this.👍❤️😊
Thanks Bev 🎉❤🙏
Omg! I was doing this wrong! Thank you so much!!
I went to the dollar store and purchased a pair of fluffy socks and just put that on the Swiffer. When dirty, just put the socks into the washer.
Yes, the sock idea works very well for dry swiffering!
Thank you very much for this
Looks delicious ❤Can’t wait to try 😋 Thanks ☺️ Love the simplicity 🤗
This is a great idea, well-explained! I'll be making a larger version to catch paper snippets in my craft room, which I can then easily add to the paper recycling! Thank you for making this video!
Thank you! ❤ I think I can do this with my limited sewing skills and old towels 😊 my husband can open the lid and feel big, strong and helpful 😂 (well in reality he is big, strong and helpful 🤭)
How do I space 42 stitches evenly across an 8 in towel top
I used nail polish remover and it worked great!
Thank you for this tip!
oneside of the bag looks like it is one layer and weak.
I following you on Pinterest love the mim Christmas stockings, anyway seen the pattern for the knit towel topper then realize you have a TH-cam Channel which I so glad to come across, great helpful video thank you so much! Subscribed to your Channel... Liz x
Wow you make best bag But can you please upload the video of school bag made up of paper
good to know.
So, to get the larger, more useful bag (10 inch x 12 inch), piece together the newsprint, to about 30 inches wide x 27 inches long. I want to do this, because I have one waste basket, and I collect recycling right in there with the garbage. I think it's kind of neat to know how to make a bag out of a big sheet of newsprint. THANKS
I wouldn’t use rubbing alcohol. It removes the coating necessary to be able to erase in the future.
Correction, I meant alcohol hand sanitizers. Rubbing alcohol may be ok. My apologies.
I started making these today. I’m a new knitter, and I’m not really sure what to do now that I have all the knitting done. The explanation of the sewing wasn’t enough for me to figure it out 😅. It would be great to have a more detailed set of instructions or to see the sewing up of the slipper!
I'll be looking forward to watching for the full pattern.
Sorry, showing me how to do a half a row doesn't show me how to do the slippers. It might help to start at the beginning. If the pattern says stop and turn, then you do. Sorry, I just don't get what you were trying to show. I'm looking for a slipper pattern where they explain the whole pattern, not just a piece of one.
Thanks for your feedback. My thought was to just show a part of the pattern that folks might not be familiar with (short rows). Perhaps I will have to make a future video that shows more parts of the process.
@@MakeYourOwnZone I'm sure it's my fault. I can follow a pattern but I needed the whole pattern which is what I thought I was looking at so that's why I was confused . Sorry.
You’re so nice you should get 1000 likes I liked and subscribed to your videos please make more

How do you do your decreases after the short rows are done for the rest of the dishcloth? Is there a trick so you don't see a bump with the k2tog.
what us short rows?
thank you, I was wondering if I was doing this right!
Thank you thank you, absolutely love the no holes version..😘
Can you tell me where to find the video that shows how to knit the rest of the top of the towel hanger?
I do not have a video for the remaining part of the pattern yet, but you can find the rest of the pattern (and a printable version too), on my blog here: www.themakeyourownzone.com/towel-topper-knitting-pattern/
The tutorial about putting the stitches on is great. Wish it would have included a link to the pattern.
Here is the link to the pattern and I have added it to the description above too. www.themakeyourownzone.com/towel-topper-knitting-pattern/
I so appreciate this video, the no holes YO and short row corners. A fun, easy dishcloth pattern.
