European Advanced Materials Congress (EAMC) during 25th June - 02 July 2022
The International Association of Advanced Materials (IAAM) welcomes all of you in the 08th assembly of European Advanced Materials Congress (EAMC) during 25th June to 02 July 2022.
This congress was organized with Onsite and Online Hybrid Setups, where onsite sessions were hosted at the floating Congress venue, Business centre, MSC Seaside sailing three major European countries, Italy-Spain-France, while online sessions were conducted from IAAM head office,
Sweden. The onsite sessions sailed from city of Columbus, Genoa, Italy on 25 June 2022 to Civitavecchia/ Rome (Italy) - Palermo/ Monreale (Italy) - Ibiza (Spain) - Palma de Mallorca/ Balearic Is. (Spain) - Valencia (Spain) - Marseille/ Provence (France) and return to Genoa, Italy on 02 July 2022.
This European meeting witnessed extremely proficient twenty-four scientific sessions and discussions on the hybrid mode for eight days. The congress was a wide-ranging unification of materials science, engineering, and technology.
The varied intangible proceedings on Nanotechnology, Catalysis, Structural Engineering, Composites, Energy, Biomaterials, Polymer, Ceramics, Electronics, Hydrogen, Semiconductor, Innovation Buildings and Devices etc. discussed under net-zero, climate neutral, functional, smart,
and green materials perspective, which signifies important finding, limitations, and prospects intrinsic in the prevailing strategies for the European Commission Climate Neutrality Deals and United Nation Sustainability Development Goals. The congress received 311 abstracts from as many as 50 countries and profoundly conducting presentation of 131 talks from 45 countries of all five continents. The congress ran with 24 thematic sessions up to 49 hours of eight days covering advanced materials lectures, series of oral & poster presentations, welcome ceremony, and IAAM felicitation ceremony at Onsite and Online hybrid setups.

    Great video! In your view, what applications can MMCs out-preform polymer matrix composites? Are there particular properties of MMCs that are better than PMCs - I'm thinking of better service temp, ware resistance, transverses strength? Are there particular types of parts that MMCs will have a competitive edge over PMCs?

    Thank you for your video. The Nature article mentions the negative effect of humid air, here in Malaysia average humidity is: 80.5%. Is it still possible to use radiative cooling in Malaysia? Do you have any data on the efficiency reduction based on air humidity?

      you need dry air because humidity will not let heat dissapete. evaperative cooling doesnt work in humid condition either. the nature article shows concrete steps next to "the material", concrete absorbs heat so what is the point?
