The Zeppelin influences really show through here. This is very similar to "No Quarter". But that works just fine for me!!! Glad someone is making real rock and roll.

I was there!!!! I was so blown away by the talent, energy and love that filled the arena that I drove to Indianapolis to see them in September. Heading to St. Louis in April. I am so in love with these phenomenal young men!
We has seen them in Atlanta in 2021. To say that they're talented is an understatement.

Unless you were there , in the 70's and Saw Led Zep at like MSG in NYC , only THEN you can Speak . More Importantly ROBERT PLANT Himself has given his Nod of Approval and called them " Led Zep ONE" .. ie a Young Led Zep. and then jokingly said with a smile " I hate them"... That is a huge Endorsement ... So I think we will go with Robert Plant's opinion, and not yours ..

I was there! Drove 41/2 hrs there and back, but it was THE ONLY SHOW that they were doing in the South, and wasn’t going to miss it!
It's so worth it! They were on their game!! Last year they didn't come anywhere near where I live (west KY) so I drove 5.5 to Peoria, IL and back the same night 😅 I was on a high from the energy so it wasn't hard to do! Glad you got to check them out, it was a banger!
Glad you got to see them. I saw them in 2019 in Vegas at the Joint at the Hard Rock. Phenomenal concert. I was hoping to see GVF this tour, but I will be seeing The Eagles and Steely Dan instead at a venue much closer to home, about 25 miles away. I love that their fans travel to see them. I flew from central California to LV to see them. Here's to hoping I see them again soon.
I drove 20 hours round trip but thankfully have a cousin who lives 2 hours from Nashville. We got an Airbnb for 2 nights….. unbelievable concert

ROCK IS NOT DEAD. Thank you for posting this. About 6 years ago (Aug 2017) my then 14 year old daughter, waited patiently for me to finish recording something on my synth and then said, "Dad you need to hear this band called Greta Van Fleet". And after about 1 minute i realized ROCK IS NOT DEAD. And so I applaud you, the current so called "post millennial" generation, for embracing and supporting GVF. Buy their shirts, Go to their shows, This is likely a once in a lifetime deal. AND Effing Rock ON!!!

Went on another D-Plan binge today and found your video. Jealous you got to see that one! I couldn't get tickets at the door in 2000 for their xmas show in Wisconsin and found out about this Metro show a few months too late...BUT I managed to FINALLY see them at Riot Fest in 2013ish. Soooo very underrated.
I can't remember how I found out about it but I drove through an actual blizzard to get to this show from Milwaukee 😅 I was NOT going to miss my shot after they'd been out of commission for so long... Still feels like a fever dream, thanks for commenting and reminding me I had this video out here! Awesome you got to see them while they were making the rounds, and 100% more people need to know and appreciate this music! I feel a D-Plan binge in my near future now, lol.
@@deadlystiletto Haha, yes. One of my strongest memories from those days is sliding around in snowstorm with a couple friends trying to get to some show at the Rave. I did see Dplan’s short lived band Maritime at some point, which was a little consolation prize for me only seeing them live once, but obviously not the same vibe. Travis Morrison solo stuff also has a few gems. Still find myself humming Song for the Orca on random occasions. That classic dplan storytelling alive and well there too.

I love watching these free flight videos before all the FAA regulations. They are the best ones. Its always scary flying your drone over water considering your drone probably costs as much as a small car but you got to just go for it! Our modern UAV's have many fail safes built in for safe flying so may as well get your moneys worth out of all the advanced technology packed into these things. Cool video!
