Farm Diaries 1: A day in the life on our peaceful farm | lavender planting | making a flower crown
After taking a break, I’m back on the farm and excited to share more with you. I love starting my day with peaceful morning walks, picking wildflowers, and recently, I visited a nearby strawberry farm to harvest fresh fruit for homemade jam. Making flower crowns is a calming activity for me, and I’d love any tips you have on natural ways to preserve them. We also planted some lavender saplings-they’re easy to care for and smell amazing!

The video is outstanding. The music is angelic. The only thing I noticed was that only one of my headphones was working when you were speaking over the video. I think you recorded your voice through a mic. Oh well. No problem! I am headed to Victoria and Campbell River in a couple months to visit family and friends. I may head over to Powell River. I am not sure yet. Did you go to Powell River or did you go to Gibsons to get to Lund? Thanks.
Hi Brandon! Thank you so much :) I notice the mic issue after posting the video. I was in Vancouver so I took the ferry from Horseshoe Bay to Gibsons and then the second ferry was from Earls Cove to Saltery Bay (Powell River). It was a long but very scenic trip. You can also do Comox to Powell River. I highly recommend it. Hope you enjoy your travels :)

I absolutely loved this video of Solo Hiking on an Old Railway Line in British Columbia!
