I personally wouldn't advice anyone to study under the department of computer systems engineering. Some lecturers in that department have really dishonorable characters.

I have applied at t-res for accommodation but my status says registered but not funded I am a nsfas funded and already registered to tut. If I report to campus on 12th will I be allocated a residence as I come from Durban and won't be able to come to campus if I don't have accommodation

Is it compulsory? I may not be able to go to campus on the 12th as I haven't received any accommodation confirmation letter I am from Durban so I won't be able to come to campus without a place to stay, am funded by nsfas , or is everything going to be set on the 12th?
