I’m in so much pain 💔 I wish I didn’t get it.
Pain is such a personal thing, min did not hurt at all, it was just uncomfortable for a week. Please see your dr if you're in pain past day 2/3
Would really love to know who you went with? It's always good to hear positive honest reviews, curious if your surgeon is one of my choices... 🥰
Apart from the sweling, how bad does it hurt from right when you finish the surgery and when does the pain stop if there is any?
Nice video I’m wondering about pain level post opp throughout the healing process
probably 3/10, my periods hurt worse, its defo uncomfortable and the post op appointments were painful for me 8/10 I cried, but that was because I needed more stitches on top of the usual poking around my nose post op ❤
Who is your surgeon
I'm 6 days post op and had no bruising. Only swelling around my eyes for 2 days and then swelling on my cheeks. Nostrils and tip are super swollen too, bit uneven
Totally normal and lucky with the bruising, the arnica cream made me feel sooo greasy. The swelling will come and go as you heal too, just got to have faith for year, keep an eye on it while remembering even if something is wrong (there probably isn't it's probs in your head) that nothing can be done until 1 year post op so no point in stressing. Good luck healing ❤🩹
Good to know about the bump, sometimes I get a bump on the bridge but I'm only 6 weeks or so post-op.
First of all, thanks so much for very informative videos. Could you please share the name of your doctor. I understand you don't advertise it, but would love to just check out his works. It would be truly very helpful and appreciated. Thank you so much!
One of the best videos out there for people who are thinking a about getting the nose job or not. Awesome job!❤
Just sent my deposit over today for my rhinoplasty in March! I’m so excited! I consulted with a doctor 4 years ago and his prices went from 5700 Euro to 10,000 Euro, I found a new surgeon who is trust worthy and immediately sent my deposit! I’m no longer wishing and waiting!!
oh my god, i can relate to every single thing. THATS crazy ( me watching your video, 20 days before my nose job)
Thank you so much
Thank you so much for commenting and watching ❤
thank you ❤
You are so welcome, I hope it helped ❤
Which doctor dude your surgery? And where?
So I don't like the idea of advertising a surgeon, I had a TikTok blow up and I would feel awful leading people when I genuinely beleive people need to do their own research, I have reviewed my surgeon so the info is out there I just don't want to advertise him if that makes sense, sorry ❤ Good look in your search, I know that was one of the hardest parts for me, lasting nearly as long as post op swelling ❤
How did u control your swelling
Ice ice and more ice from the momment I woke up (maybe even before that) for around 24-48hours, overnight too, I would take breaks for no more than 45 mins to eat, and scroll / watch tv and probably no more than twice a day
Thank you for sharing
Thank you so much for commenting and watching ❤
I totally agree with you, finally someone who clearly describes what i think/feel🙏
Beautiful video!! You look amazing. You said everything that I feel about my nose. Just a couple of months in order to get my rhinoplasty. Fingers crossed 🤞 ❤
TILLYYYYYY
Thank youu for this video, the healing process definitely is an emotional rollercoaster
Oh I was full on crazy for the first few weeks, completely in my own head about everything, was so silly now looking back. Wish I knew a bit more going into it about the emotional side of it all post op ❤
this was a beautiful video, thank you for sharing <3 you look beautiful and the slight change really suits you and brings out the rest of your features :)
Defo needed to see this!! noone talks about the post rhino swelling xx
I knoow, it's so brutal how long it lasts, sounds unbelievable "2 years of swelling" I beg your pardon how loong???? But totally worth the wait ❤
Anyone else got so swollen that they couldn't even see for 2 days? 😂 that was my experience. Dealing with day 5 now and can finally see.
Oft that sounds so rough! I had the bf doing his 1 job of making sure I iced for the first 24-48hours, as soon as I woke up he was changing my ice every 4 hours, I think getting it as soon as I was out was the only reason I could still see ❤
Did you also get some sort of chin augmentation?
Hiya 🤍 No I didn't, I don't like the idea of an implant personally and jaw surgery is very intense, not an easy recovery and has the risk of nerve damage and loosing sensation which I am just not brave enough for 🤍🤍🤍
Thank you for posting this!!
Thank you so much for watching and commenting! 🤍🤍🤍
Are the bumps you mentioned hard? I got a bump after my rhino, and it is kinda hard. The doctor said it was swelling and that I had to massage it. But I am a little scared since it is a hard bump (I’m 15 days po)
Yes they were, I massaged mine out as well, only a bit as they are essentially like scabs on a wound, but on bone so that is why they are hard. The goal is to flatten them out not rip the scab off 🤍
Hey, my nostrils sit way too high on my face now. I am 7 days into my post op journey. I still have the splint on. Do you think the nostrils will come back to their normal state?
So they probably won't ever look the same again, however face on my nostrils were also quite visible and "piggy" but once the swelling calmed down my nostrils were normal 🤍
Your nose looks great who’s your doctor?
Hiya 🤍 I am afraid I am not advertising that just yet, as permanent results take 1-2 years and I would feel awful recommending a Dr then changing my mind on if I like my nose 🤍
I 100% understand what you are saying about tape. I am almost 2 months post op and the tape def helps. I agree people need to talk more about the emotional aspects.
Yup, if I have an event or something I will tape for a couple days just to be extra snatched, and always on planes as I swell up like crazy I honestly don't see myself ever not taping. Like I barely do it but occasionally will, and I am happy with doing that forever Emotional side is crazy and not something people are prepared for, I was a bit but could have been more 🤍🤍🤍
Who was the surgeon?
I'm waiting just a little bit longer before I recommend my surgeon, just so I am sure I like my new nose and that I am 100% happy to suggest him to others It takes 1-2 years to heal and I am only 9 months post op 🤍🤍
Great video - thanks! I’m 3.5 weeks post op and noticing that the swelling does vary! Did u literally tape 24/7 or give yourself a couple of hours without for the skin to breathe etc. and have a short break without tape? 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Congratulations! Hard part is over now So at around 4 weeks post op I started changing my tape every 2/3 days, and gave myself about an hour to shower and do skin care then let the skin breathe before I taped it up again. The longer it "breathes" the more swelling kicks in, I was lucky my skin only stated to get irritated a week before I could stop entirely 🩷🩷
@@herinsight_99 thanks so much! I really appreciate it! 🤗 Yes I have noticed that once the tape is off I start to feel my nostrils and nasal cavity feeling tight and that’s because the swelling ramps up - once I retape it you almost immediately start to feel your breathing become easier as it suppresses the swelling! Thanks again 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Can you please put some pictures of how your nose looked like before the surgery and how it looks now? Thank you.
Hello lovely, thank you for pointing that out! Definitely should have included that in this video So to fix it that’ll be in my next video, an in depth before and after Physical but all the other things that are different for me as well, breathing, my mental health and the psychological kinda effects like outlook on my looks etc
Does it hurt to sneeze after a nose job?
It’s more scary than painful, keep your mouth wide open when you feel it coming on was my drs instructions (I sneezed a lot the first 10 ish days post op)
Thanks for your video. You only paid 2800 pounds for the surgery. It was very cheap. The prices have increased a lot now. What's the name of your surgeon?
My surgeon charges £3400 now, and I’m waiting til my nose is completely healed before recommending him publicly 💖
Thanks x
Thanks for the video.👍. Do you have pictures of before and after the surgery?
I do I will make sure to include the before in my next videos 💖
Thanks for the video. Your nose looks very well 👍
One of the best healing process video I have ever seen. Your nose looks very natural. Very nice result👍. I'm 8 months post op too and like you say , I could see better results after 3 or 4 months . It depends of your skin and more things
@@JOS-cz8zj thank you so much! Definitely all an individual process but nice to have some insight into the healing speed and timeline of others xx
Thank you for your honesty! found you through the WA group chat 🩷
Your nose looks so cute!!
Thank you so much 🤍🤍🤍
This is so helpful! Thank you so much
You're so welcome! 🤍
Did it hurt to sneeze after your nose job?
Great question ! So sneezing happened quite a lot for me after surgery, and it was more scary than painful. My surgeon said to keep my mouth open if I felt a sneeze coming and that helps so so much 🤍
@@herinsight_99 What happens if you don't keep your mouth open when you sneeze?
@drivethrutours1916 you risk damaging your nose, the stitches, so best to open your mouth 🤍
You don’t say who u chose
🤍🤍 I'm waiting just a little bit longer before I recommend my surgeon, just so I am sure I like my new nose and that I am 100% happy to suggest him to others It takes 1-2 years to heal and I am only 7 months post op 🤍🤍
