A quick walk around of my 1991 Jeep Wrangler. Just put in the new suspension, what a difference it made! Enjoy and let me know if you have any questions.

Wilder Ranch State Park Mountain Bike Trail on a 2013 Kona Mahuna
มุมมอง 3.4K11 ปีที่แล้ว
Just north of Santa Cruz, CA. about 10 mins is a 9.6 mile multi-use trail with an elevation change of about 600 ft. Felt like mostly up hill though. Good workout check out my other video of the cool old Cowboy cabin that I came across. Anyway thanks for watching.
Chinook heli's at UW

2 Chinook helicopters land at University of Washington field for small training drills. Pretty sweet.
You have any crank case hose smoking problems
Do you have an Instagram?
Nice build. With one of the best sounding engines ever made.
I'm interested in commissioning a project. Respond
The only problem you will have with cafe racer is you will end up with carpel tunnel
Awesome Dave ✌🏻
Perfection at its best
Nice... Beautiful rebuild.
Can I get one for under 5k 🧐😎
Nice!! Beautiful sound.
YES!!!!!! The way it should sound! Perfect idle, nice job!!!
Glad you like it!
Awesome buid, Dave! Love it
Thank you! Glad you like it.
Yes, Build me a Cafe Racer Dave!!! Love the workmanship you did on this bike.
Let's do it. Contact me through skogmoto.com.
OMG Thank You so much for that video! ❤ Bike is beautiful. This is my dream. Maybe You have some more footage of that bike, when you build it or while You ride it? I can not stop watching 😮 SUB!
You are welcome. The weather is crap now in Seattle. I'll post more vids as soon as I can.
Love the sound man she sounds great what exhaust are your running?👀🤔
Thanks Nico. Running custom stainless hand made from MotogpWerks 4into1 with Yoshimura race replica slip-on. Mild baffling to get the right tone.
Awesome bike bro! May I ask the size of the tire you used and rim size?
Using the original wheel size with just a slightly wider rear tire. Turns in well and super stable at speed. 3.25 x 19 front. 4 x 18 rear.
advance the timing a few degrees and itll fire right up every time.
I saw this bike on BaT. Will you be posting this anywhere else or did you make a deal with the high bidder? Thanks
I'll be putting it up on skogmoto.com by the end of the year. Keep an eye out.
I just want to know what seat that is.
All aluminum seat hand crafted by the folks over at Bedlam Werks out of Georgia.
Love That Sound 💯 percent 👍
Yes, that's exactly, " The Bike " I'd love to own & ride Except I'd like a dry stowage & different type led rear lights
How did you mount the seat to the frame?
It took some time to get this system right, fitting and refitting. Finished with a fabricated aluminum tray between the frame rails, then I used mini stainless push button quick release latches to secure the seat pan to the tray. The end result is a virtually invisible latch system that is easy to use and very secure.
Hey Dave! Love the workmanship. I will be emailing you very soon hopefully. I just need to find a nice “76 cb550 for the project!
Stormnorman15 - Thanks for the feedback... I run across "donor" bikes all the time as I am relentless in my search for good candidates. DM me on Instagram @skogmoto, I'd love to chat about helping you build your dream bike!
Great bike, I have a bit of a soft spot for wire wheels especially on Cafe Racer type bikes. One note of warning, maybe fit some wire/mesh filters on the intake trumpets as the rear wheel is going to throw a heap of crud into them. Cheers Maurice
Hi Maurice - Thanks for liking what I built. I would agree that wire wheels scream vintage class! And yes... I have brass mesh on inside to prevent rocks, birds, or anything else that might find it way near this sensitive area. Stay tuned for the BSA 441 Victor Special build I am working on now. Intro video coming soon.
I was checking out your cafe and found this… cool. I ride a Kona stuff that I converted to disc_650b.
Nice Lhd usdm vehicles
Ahh yes a left hand drive jdm car
JDM cars can still be left hand drive, the car originated from japan and can still be made in other countries to suit there driving safety and road rules. Also JDM stands for Japanese domestic market
@@phantomfilms1903 it was not manufactured for Japan and not intended to be sold there. It’s not a JDM car. It’s probably either USDM or EDM (can’t see the plates so idk what country this is)
@@phantomfilms1903 yes i know jdm means japanese domestic market but the left hand drive ones are not japanese. Its usually european or american
Nice bike, Dave! Looks super clean!
Thanks! This was such a great project.
Nice build, Dave!
Nice one
Where u get the wing emblem?
I had that transfer made from the original logo Honda Motorsports used back in the late 60's.
Nice job mate.
sexyyyy bike
Killer bike man. I like it that you kept it true to stock as possible but made it look way cooler without too much Modification. Classy.
Thank you. It was a pleasure to build and is even more fun to rip around the PNW mountain roads. Ride safe!
You said you build these. How much? I’m in Seattle as well.
Website?
@@vinbuddha22 skogmoto.com
@@vinbuddha22 Something like this one can range from $15-20K. However, I'm working on a '73 CB350 twin that will be in the $7-8K range. Really depends on how detailed you want to go and component choices. I have another CB550 with solid bones next to go on the lift if you're interested. 👍
I bringing a can of black spray paint to get those axle's looking clean like your springs! :P
Next on the list for this YJ for sure... I always have a project or two that I could use some help on. Come on down anytime!
Beautiful build, Dave! Looks great.
Thanks B - You gotta come down to the shop so you take it for rip. Shop door is always open for you!
Sweet video Dave, when do we get to see the VW go sideways with the GoPro?
Nice riding, Dave!! I'll need to check that trail out!!!
