I just realized something when watching your video... I too have been very into Jung, particularly on his work about "the shadow" & the process of individuation to integrate the contents of your shadow. Questions such as; how does one actually do this? & What if the contents are so darkl, how could integrating this possibly be good? Is it even possible to use your dark side for good? For what purpose would require you to do such things? These questions have been on my mind & when you were talking in the Galahad Eridanus section (also have binge watched every video of his lol) a thought entered my head that answered some of these questions I've had. Essentially, there are people out there that use their light side for evil purposes, such as scammers, con artists or perhaps even narcissists in relationships where they put on a front of kind, funny, helpful, loving people but really it is a facade to get what they want & the moment they either do or are unable to get what they want out of you, the illusion shattered and the reality of who you are really dealing with emerges. But as we live in a universe where for something to exist, its opposite must also exist (every action has an equal & opposite reaction), that means there are also people out there who use their dark side for good purposes. I was unsure if such a thing was possible, but I knew its opposite was true & existed, so this must also be true as well. I believe now that this is the importance of integrating & understanding one's own shadow. Perhaps it's within finding the balance between the two sides that we may utilize ourselves at our fullest potential for the greater good. A union of opposites if you will... How can we unite opposites out in the world if we are unable to do so within ourselves? There is no changing the world, only changing yourself. That is the only thing that has ever changed the world....
