Wire bottom cages are not good for their feet and can cause damage to their feet. Flat bottom large dog crate with litter box is the best option on a budget.

oh what do you mean by 1 to 2 inches in size in captivity and in the wild they can get up to the size of an adults hand! small and tiny aquariums are not big enough lowest size tank you can get is at least 40 gallons we live in trinidad which is close to the amazon so these snails are very common

If it opens they're alive. 3:26 - watr pH of 6.5 to 8. 3:45 - they like green beans 4:05 - 65 - 88 degrees fahrenheit
