Aww...thank you for commenting. I was completely shocked when I was sent the trailer for season 8. I thought it was coming back in November. I was really hoping that we would have a longer break. I'm really going to try to take a different approach and just have fun with what we're given with this show. I appreciate your support

@@AliNicOfficial there was a story line where Keisha started to pull away for Simone unprovoked. But it turns out i think it was because she was tired of her Damon drama with Olivia’s brother. I’m pretty sure it was season 1. I just felt like in that season she was really judgy to Simone without expressing that she ultimately disagreed with how she was handling the situation. And even compared to this situation when she’s “kinda” in a similar situation no one can tell Keisha nothing.

That might be JR's perspective when it comes to who actually saved his life but it's just odd to me that never acknowledges the role that Gabby played in his life being sparred. Without her administering CPR, there would've been no need for Keisha to donate bone marrow because he wouldn't be alive. Being that you thought the kiss would happen post break up, who did you believe was gonna break up with whom? I actually thought Cam would've broke it off with Keisha a while ago but I believe he's dangerously in love

@@AliNicOfficial idk if you watch the og show but I thought they’d pull a 306. Like Asher and Liv broke up in that episode then at the end after Layla hears about Vegas (307),she ends it. But I def thought jr and gabby first followed by cam and Keisha..mostly bc of gabby’s warning. Cam needs to have some self respect bc if he stays after this it’s so ???? And Keisha clearly wants JR soo idk . I do think she’ll try to make things right with cam while jr would want to explore the kiss and he’ll be jealous bc she’s trying to make things right with cam out of guilt . What do you think?

Carlton and Lisa dating in the 8th or 9th grade sounds great in theory but their breakup isn't as distant. Will's response was hilarious though. It was obvious that he didn't know how to accurately process the news. I was a little shocked that Lisa never considered that Will and Jackie had sex. That's really hard for me to believe. I'm glad that Phil and Viv came to their senses but I NEED the footage because they definitely did something.

It took me back to being on campus at Florida A&M University and the sororities and fraternities would break out and do their thing. Such a beautiful, black moment. G's ex definitely has the Nicole Ari Parker vibe. I love the actor's portrayal of Lawrence's friend. Lol...he was something. He truly has a certain essence about him that transcended to BelAir as well.

Facts. I try to take the show for what it is and what they are trying to convey to us while remembering where I was mentally and emotionally at the age. Love triangles were big while I was in high school, which is why I don't have an issue with the Will/Lisa/Jackie of it all. I was caught up in a toxic love triangle myself while in high school. Dealing with certain emotions for the first time and not handling the emotions of others in a proper manner is a lot. I think that's why I give so much grace because I remember where I was emotionally and mentally at that age. The ego during that time is unhinged and WILD at least it was for me.

Hey...so good to hear from you. Yes, Bel-Air is definitely the palate cleanser. You hit it right on the head. So many shows are consumed with getting to the next drama point that we miss out on the aftermath of certain decisions and how the decision impact the character world both internal and external. Bel-Air does a great job with showing both. I will be reviewing Reasonable Doubt as well. Bel-Air messed me up by dropping 6 episodes within a week. I wasn't expecting that. There are so many smaller videos that I want to create surrounding the show because there is much to talk about

Bel-Air is such a well written show. I appreciate the writers displaying real issues that families go through.
