Written Instructions:
Chain 12, join with a slip stitch to form a ring.
Round 1: Chain 3 (counts as first double crochet, now and throughout), 3 double crochet in ring, work Cluster in ring as follows: (Yarn over, insert hook in ring and pull up a loo, Yarn over and draw through 2 loops on hook) 6 times (7 loops on hook), Yarn over and draw through 6 loops on hook, Yarn over and draw through both loops (Cluster made), *** 4 double crochet in ring, work Cluster; repeat from *** 2 times more; join with slip stitch to first double crochet.
Round 2: Chain 3, double crochet in same stitch and in next 3 double crochet, 2 double crochet in next Cluster, chain 1;*** 2 double crochet in next double crochet, double crochet in next 3 double crochet, 2 double crochet in next Cluster, chain 1; repeat from *** around; join with slip stitch to first double crochet: 28 double crochet.
Round 3: Chain 3, double crochet in same stitch and in next double crochet, (work Cluster in next double crochet, double crochet in next double crochet) twice, 2 double crochet in next double crochet, chain 2 *** 2 double crochet in next double crochet, double crochet in next double crochet, (work Cluster in next double crochet, double crochet in next double) twice, 2 double crochet in next double crochet, chain 2; repeat around; join with slip stitch to first double crochet.
Round 4: Chain 3, double crochet in same stitch and in next 2 double crochet, (double crochet in next Cluster, double crochet in next double crochet) twice, double crochet in next double crochet, 2 dcc in next dc, chain 2, *** 2 dc in next dc, dc in next 2 dc, (dc in next Cluster, dc in next dc) twice, dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, chain 2; repeat from *** around; join with slip stitch to first dc: 44 double crochets.
Round 5: Chain 3, dc in same stitch and in next 2 dc, (work Cluster in next dc, dc in next dc) 3 times, dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, chain 3, *** 2 double crochet in next double crochet, dc in next 2 dc, (work Cluster in next dc, dc in next dc) 3 times, dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, chain 3; repeat form *** around ; join with slip stitch to first dc.
Round 6: Chain 1, single crochet in same stitch, *** single crochet in each dc and in each Cluster across to next chain 3 space, 5 single crochet in next chain 3 space; repeat from *** around; join with slip stitch to first single crochet: 72 single crochet.
Round 7: Chain 1, single crochet in first 15 sc, 3sc in next sc, *** sc in next 17sc, 3sc in next sc; repeat from *** 2 times more, sc in last 2 sc; join with slip stitch to first sc: 80 single crochet.
Edging
Round 1: Chain 1, sc in same stitch, (2 sc in next sc, sc in next 2 sc) 5 times, 3 sc in next sc, *** sc in next sc, (2 sc in next sc, sc in next 2 sc) 6 times, 3 sc in next sc; repeat from *** 2 times more, sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc, sc in last sc; join with slip stitch to first sc, finish off: 112 single crochet.
