So, from my understanding....she's born and raised Baptist in her hometown of Franklin. In an alternate universe, if she weren't given her breakout role as Hannah Montana and gave up music entirely, she could've been a youth pastor. This is the ONLY song she mentioned Jesus and the Christian faith as a whole. I think 100% of her songs are about sexuality, women empowerment, heartbreak, LGBTQ issues and stuff like that....to say the least, her beliefs like the rest of us change and evolve overtime. Like a psychologist once said, whoever tells the stories..or in Miley's case, plays the music...defines the culture and the way we perceive the world entirely through different eyes, views opinions and whatnot. But, still, I think Miley like many others still thrive as one of the well known recording artists of this century and I do appreciate her work as an artist.
