Cali Rose & The CC Strummers is a popular ukulele group located in Culver City, California. It is open to everyone, no matter your age or where you live.
We have two Zoom classes a week which are taught by Cali Rose:
Monday Beginners, 3:30 to 4:30pm (PST)
Thursday Intermediate/Beginners, 10 to 11:00am (PST)
We also meet in person several times a month to jam on songs from our songbook.

The CC Strummers had such a fun ukulele jam when both Mollie and Roy performed a HILARIOUS, freestyle hula to "Tiny Bubbles." Steinway, the dog, does a memorable cameo at the end. So fun! How long did you guys play? Cali, did you have some sort of power supply for your Fishman Loudbox mini, and for the bass amp? (I'm trying to figure out how to use my Fishman [not battery powered] with a power source (instead of buying a batter-powered amp.)
We played an hour Jill and I powered my Fishman Loudbox Artist with a battery, as did the bass players. Check Amazon for a Powkey Portable Power Station 200W.

Mmm... just like me... at the age of 55 do I only learn to play ukulele... I tried organ and guitar in my younger years.. and I failed... couldn't even play a song... With ukulele everything seems easy... I just learned how to strum the song What's Up .. I just love it... And next song I want to learn is Every Rose Has Its Torn....
