I agree with you that people go home to be with the Lord if I do not have full knowledge or opportunity for water baptism, but it is part of the salvation package, Mark 16:16, ask 2:38, 22:16, Romans 6-3:6, Galatians 3:27, Colossians 2-11:12, one Peter, 3-20:21 and very likely John 3:5. Just because there are exceptions doesn’t mean that it is not part of the plan of salvation. Baptism in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, act 2:38, 22:16, is part of believing. If one has claimed to repent and believe, but refused baptism, or willingly put it off, that is an indication that he probably hasn’t even repented or believed, or that the commands of the gospel are not taken seriously. Two Thessalonians one teaches that the Lord will take vengeance on those who know not God, and who obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. In act 8-308:39, the Ethiopian unit was baptized right away. An act 16-301:33, Paul told the jailer, as well as Silas that he must believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and he would be saved, but the problem with that is that you need to keep reading. They did not even wait until morning to get him baptized, and thus the importance of new covenant baptism, which is in the name of Jesus Christ. So I do not believe that it follows that just because someone doesn’t have a knowledge or opportunity to be baptized, then that means that baptism is not essential at all. Is not just a moment of faith, but a life of faith, Romans one: 17. Baptism and circumcision are very closely aligned, Romans 4-11: 25. Abraham was given the free gift of righteousness before circumcision, and the same as true of new covenant believers. I do believe that initial righteousness is imputed to believers through repentance and faith, but if they refuse to go on with the Lord, it will not remain the case, because circumcision is part of our coming into Christ, dying with the old and coming into the new, Colossians 2-11:12, so it cannot be neglected and it is not a cavalier thing because it is part of the package, act 2:38.

Water baptism is symbolic. It is not something actually happening to you. Charles the Third will not become King at his coronation - he became King when his mother - Queen Elizabeth the Second - died. A coronation for William or George would be nonsense as neither of them are King. When Charles was opening Parliament earlier this year on behalf of Queen Elizabeth the Second, he was not sitting on the throne and he was not wearing the crown because he was not King then.
One simple question that deserves a simple, direct and honest answer: Is it moral for one human being to own another as property? Yes or no please.
Jesus said to the man on the cross next to him "today you will be with me in paradise". This man had not experienced water baptism. Charles the Third will not become King at his coronation - he became King when his mother - Queen Elizabeth the Second - died. If Charles the Third dies before the proposed date of his coronation he will still have been King.
It’s not fear, It’s live in “AWE” of god!

Because Paul was not stupid, he quickly realized that a) killing people is a lot of work, and b) that he would end up in a Roman prison or on a Roman cross for murder if he didn't stop. He didn't actually have "standing" to persecute Damascus Christians; that was not within the confines of Israel where he would have had "permission" to go kill people. Let that wash over you. So Paul decided to go inside. He NEVER claims to be a Christian. He dodged Agrippa's statement about being one in Acts 26. He does, however, as late as Acts 23:6 confirm that he as a Pharisee who kept the Torah. He never writes ONE letter "To the Christians at...." NONE of them did, and in fact James wrote to the Jews in the Diaspora--not to any Christian fellowship. But y'all read it like he wrote it to you, anyway. Back to Paul, the theology he wrote sounds different from "Jesus" (not his real name) because he was elucidating PHARISEE theology, who believed in the priesthood of the believer, the afterlife, a resurrection, the coming of a Messiah who would bring peace, teaching the Torah to everyone, not just clergy, and that where two or there were gathered God would be there in their midst. He also had Shabat31 that says to not do to others what you would not have them do to you. Sound familiar?
Miss you guys
Miss you Brandon!
