Is the cameraman breathing and chewing directly into the fucking microphone?
I just need to know...is the cob web victim ok?
This was cutting edge stuff when Beckey first climbed it.
Got any beta for the climb?
what's up with all the tape? You look like an MMA fighter.
is that the required beta?
I got it down to a dead point with a 5'9" reach. Any shorter than that might have to hop up a bit. You can also do it static at like 12c
Outdoor climbing is crazy, at least a v7 indoors! Great send dude keep it up 👍🏼
❤️❤️❤️
$8 parking fee. But if you are willing to park out on 224 and walk a short distance...
bros on crystal meth
😂that's what I thought I read at first.
have you tried "the gallows" 5.14a at bat wall
Casual!
woo hoo sport climbing
Bro this crag is a nightmare
Wow this looks cool as hell. I don't know anything about the climbing near portland, is this close to the city? Hows the polish level?
20-30 mins from downtown portland dep on traffic. Broughton = notoriously sandbagged. I personally find it pretty slick and beta intensive. But it's a great time not far from the city and PACC keeps the area very tidy.
Why fast forward just play the climb
YT Shorts can only be 1min max 😅
Him and Peter Croft with the onsights. There can't be too many, I imagine!
Wow. Totally broke the beta.
🤯 just wow. Incredible. I love how he found better beta in some parts than I have after probably 50 laps on this route. Idk about that pod beta though hahaha
Nice, Lucas!
Rock climbers are a different breed, I’d never be able to get over the fear of falling 😂
Dear your videos are wonderful but your channel post description, keyword, SEO is not perfect. You need to do more optimization. If you optimize your channel now, your channel will grow very quickly.
Nice!
Impressive climb! Is it cool if we add this video to our description for Broughton Bluffs on the Kaptain Outside app? Thought it would be a helpful and fun resource and would lead to your channel, which has a bunch of great videos.
That rock looks incredible. Nice climb
Nice loren 🎉
Jet packs are the future, the bell and other rocks won’t be exclusive to climbers 😃
this is the climb that got me comfortable taking falls. great route!
Are there bolts on this route, and is it possible/safe to do it without trad gear?
There are a couple old bolts on it, but the are pretty high up, on the back, after you pass the "eye" part. To safely climb it, you're going to want trad gear. It's the only way to protect the first ~40 ft.
@@darkartsclimbing Bummer, thanks for the info.
God be careful
This is The Rising. Naan bread is the thin line to the right without lots of chalk on the small holds
Love that mysterious fog!
Nice lead. You have very good management of the rope, and place adequate pro. I hope to climb like that one day. Too many youtube videos have a beginner with the rope constantly behind their leg, or a hard man with massive runouts.
Nice fucking send!
This is so sick!!!
Super creative rest after pulling the Bad Omen mid-crux before clipping the second chain perma. Top-notch beta. Top-notch execution! Way to go!
Nice work
This is a good sauce! Nice climb.
Yea Loren
let's go loren !
YOOO Loren got super strong! Nice dude!
Cool stuff! My azzz'ed be quite happy at Base Camp 1 cheering you on ....
Great send!
to safely lead the start, begin right, put in a red nut, then traverse left to where that first cam is located
Thanks, I was looking at that right crack thinking it could be used
Nice catch ! Thank chance, he didn't fall 5s earlier, rope between the teeth though !
A good whippy 🤙🏻
que linda la ruta, hasta tomando cuerda cayo muy suavecito.
Any time you get up this it's the real deal though I can't imagine doing it dragging packs. We did it with a single 60m with a liter of water each in Metolius Big Wall gear slings. And, yeah, getting down is a trek with some routefinding difficulties, especially in the dark.
180 routes!? So is that 360 laps or 180 laps? Nice reel, I got a ticket for this years!
We were hoping for 180 each, or 360 total. We did indeed achieve 180 each the next year (2023)! Hope your year went well too!
Well I guess that's the climax of horseshoe canyon. Good, now I know there's absolutely no reason for me to go.
