Steve Theodore (Steve's Specialty Cars)
United States
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 17 ส.ค. 2013
This channel is intended to share my love of all things automotive with my friends and subscribers. Part of this intent comes from being a life-long automotive enthusiast, and part of it relates to my professional activities as a specialty car dealer in Washington State. I have been an automotive dealer since January of 2021, which of course affords me some special privileges when it comes to the cars and people that I come into contact with.
Early 1970s Ferrari Daytona leaving Exotics
The rumor/legend is that this particular Daytona is owned by a very private guy who never brings it out. I didn't find that out until later on of course, but it was really cool to see it in action. Check out the crazy Dune reference on the license plate for extra credit too.

2014 Daedalus (prototype) walk-around
มุมมอง 3812 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
This prototype was supposed to be made into several cars but ultimately didn't happen. It is titled as a 2014 model year vehicle and has an inline-6 engine powering it, which is why the exhaust only exits on one side of the vehicle. It looks and sounds great!

Whats the coilover height measurement?
Sorry, I don't own the car anymore and never took that measurement.
Hi @kevin
Nice. Toyota hit on out of the park with the SC.
this was painful to watch, jesus.
Glad you made it through the pain! I actually enjoy giving my channel a bit of reality, meaning I chose to do this instead of re-shooting it when I knew what to do. So, you could all suffer alongside me.
If you're ever up in Vancouver, I'd love to meet up with you guys! I have a 1992 myself.
Look us up on FaceBook as we are very welcoming of our Western Canadian brothers and sisters.
@@stevetheodore_specialtycars 👍
Wooow a zr1 lt5 on a iroc z Camaro?
Pretty amazing, right? I was very impressed!
looks so actual, wow! a perfect example of a timeless machine
I completely agree with you!
That thing is BEAT! Not often you see a Ferrari with this much patina. Really cool to see, almost looks like an Outlaw Porsche but it’s a freaking Ferrari!
This car was full of surprises! Talk about a cool opportunity.
Outrageous car. I love it
Clean!
I agree, and think the owner did a really great job selecting the right mix of parts to build a wonderful example of MKV Supra! I congratulated him on the same after filming the video too.
Just ordered one for my 911, getting into the frunk sucks with no power.
Right on! I think you'll be extremely happy with your purchase and the feature set you're getting.
Cool!
I really appreciated this car and build!
Hey, that's my wife with her black mk3 in the parking lot. She literally just got there.
Very cool!
@ 13:15I was making breakfast and heard “not really what I expected” went back 👀 and laughed !!! Savage moments !!! Hope you made it safe!
To be fair, I was experiencing Supra overload at the time!
You just passed beautiful red MKII Supra.
So many beautiful Supras parked in that field!
Man I wish I could have gone with you man I'm in spokane with a supra
DISCLAIMER: I said this is Ken's Supra named Eau Rouge and boy did I mess that up. This MKIII-T is named Crimson Tide, and of course I knew that and just blew it on camera! The pressure of parking by Ken must have got to me! :)
That red mkiii is period correct with The Club.
I definitely agree!
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 probably one of THE coolest GTRs ive seen.
I was honestly quite surprised that more people didn't seem that interested in it. It was next-level in nearly every single way, and the owner was humble and cool. I personally think it was the greatest vehicle there at SIV 2024 by a large margin.
So Cool! Great content Steve!
Beautiful car, I think he’s an original owner to one of the Mkiii’s.
Misano Blue? Sweet
Man! I was hoping you'd show off Tyler's white TT Supra!
Which Tyler? I tried hard to show all the cars, sorry if I missed one as it wasn't intentional at all.
12:40 98s don't have the stickers, Steve! Come on man, ya slippin'! 😂 That's a 98 for sure. Super dark green is the IJM. I owned a TT/Auto
Haha, live videos don't always turn out great! Yes, I'm aware that only the 1997s are Anniversary Editions.
4:45 I really like the window. Whatever shop made that happen knows what they're doing.
Looks like the car count is down
I think there were around 115 cars this year.
Please make the live from today public! I tuned in at the very end! Either way thanks for the coverage Steve!
It was a mistake not to have it set to PUBLIC, meaning totally unintentional. Today I made all the videos public, and thanks for noticing that.
@@stevetheodore_specialtycars Thanks man!
Love roadtrips! We drove from Spain through France to Germany (and back) this Summer and it was epic.
Road trips are truly awesome, and to do it with one of your best friends is even better!
Beautiful 👌🏾
🏎️
Gorgeous
I'm very glad you think so too!
SUPER!!!!!!!!
it's such a beautiful car!
Seriously, one of my all-time favorites! The owner was super cool and spoke to me about his McLaren after shooting this video and confirmed it is volcano orange too.
Yayyyyyyyyyy❤❤
Those are sliiiiiick
Thanks man! It's really cool having them both right now but the Gold Dragon needs a new 'forever' home for sure.
That is not stock. They probably had it louvered back in the day.
I didn't think so either, but wasn't 100% sure. Thanks for confirming!
I actually know the owner of that masterpiece he’s apart of a North Washington car club. Apparently he said he spent over $300k building it!
Super nice guy, and he took some time to speak with me about the car right after I shot the video. He seemed impressed that I remembered some important details about it too.
The back end looks a bit too empty for my taste, but you have to admire someone who has the guts to do this! I'd like to hear what the engine sounds like : )
I really do hope to speak with the owner in the future to know more about this interesting Ferrari.
That's a GTUs not a GTU. Fyi
I appreciate the correction!
@@stevetheodore_specialtycars his car is rare and perfectly built. 👌
Wow!!!!!!!
Amazing line up!
It wasn't a huge turnout today but the diversity was really great!
G Morn, yes they are very lovely, I'm very lucky to have ridden in one, many moons ago, sometimes there fitted with a shorock supercharger, which is even more fun.Blessings from Steve&Theresa Rainham Essex England
That's awesome. What a special car indeed! Thanks for sharing your story with me and I hope you are both having a great weekend!
I'm not a big fan of the modern Ferraris from the 2010s to now, but I must admit they don't look bad and this one here, the Roma, is very good looking. Its got that which you said, the classic Grand Tourer look we all love. I really don't know why some people seem to throw hate to it. Only thing I don't like about it are the taillights, they are pretty boring honestly. That aside, in this age where most cars come and go uninspired and lacking style, this is outstanding.
I must admit, I was never a big fan of the boxter-like redesign of the 911 from this generation, but i cant deny it has a lot of charm and it definetly isnt a bad car. Hello Steve I have enjoyed your videos a lot. Have you thought about sharing stories of your business with your subscribers? Explaining your day to day in the dealing business? Something like that. At least I would find it very entertaining and educative because there must be some cool histories to tell, and much to learn from you.
Thank you for a very thoughtful reply, first and foremost. I'm an open book and certainly want to know what my subscribers and viewers want to see, so I absolutely appreciate your ideas. To me personally, a lot of what happens behind the scenes isn't very interesting, but I can understand how someone who doesn't know that that looks like might think otherwise. I do enjoy sharing whatever seems interesting, so I will make time to create a video where I showcase dealers value cars, and maybe some other related topics. You're right to say that there are always stories in the space, but many of them probably shouldn't be told to the general public for your own protection! I'm mostly kidding but there are some strange things that do happen behind closed doors in every type of business so in some ways I'm also being serious. I really appreciate your time to give me suggestions how to improve my content, and I promise to make use of it.
@@stevetheodore_specialtycars sure! Im glad to hear from you and I completely understand that there are things you simply must not tell, thanks. Good luck to you!
My dream is to pass BMWs and Porsches on the Audubon in a super bird
That is a very specific and very cool car dream! I'd love to see that happen in real-life!
The owner of that car is Jim Doss. I have known him for years. He has had many 944's and I used to work on many of them for him when I worked at Chris's, many years ago! Great guy!!
Jim is a friend of mine and I was 99% sure it was his car! He and I hang out at Exotics and grab coffee every now and again. He's a great guy, and obviously knows how to take care of his 944T, aka 951!.
Blud thinks because it's a Ferrari that he can get away with driving a shit box.
Keep up the fantastic work, Steve! I always look forward to your new uploads and can’t wait to see what you cover next.
Thank you so very much my friend! I promise to keep bringing you fun stuff to see, and will film a lot at Supras in Vegas next month to share that too.
